TRAVELODGE NEWBURY LONDON ROAD

On Sunday when I checked out on Sunday 6th July forget my phone ( Samsung Z Fold 4 in the room when I reached my destination I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten my phone. The gentleman that I spoke to claimed that the phone was not there and I asked him to ask the housekeeper and he told me that there was no phone that was brought to the reception. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the manager and u was told that she is not in but promised that she will call me back. Today 8th I called the hotel there was no answer. I tried to track my phone on google and the location had been encrypted. And it shows that my phone was on on Sunday night at 1:14 am. I don’t understand how can the phone disappear in the room without trace. Kindly help me to get my phone back. I was on room 310. My contact is ***********.

Had a wonderful stay at Travelodge Newbury London Road. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short trip. Also the location is great as it’s right next to town. Huge shoutout to Natasha at reception—her customer service was outstanding and so friendly!
