Great hotel in a great location. Really enjoyed my stay

Fab hotel, great location and facilities. Iv taken a star off for cleanliness as the floor we were on smelt of damp but was being treated by maintenance

I have been here before. Good things: convenient location to central train station and shops. Nice and relaxing swimming pool with jacuzzi and steam room. Rooms are OK but clean with coffee and tea and ironing facilitie. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Bad things: dinner is limited options, expensive and not good value for money. To add an insult to the injury I had a dessert and there was 1/2 strawberry 🍓 on the top for decoration. I left to last bite to finish with and the taste was terrible. It had onions taste 🤧 my guess they used the same knife for cutting the onions for cutting the strawberry and it was not nice at all - just disgusting and unprofessional. Apart from this everything was good and I would be back but unlikely I would like to here again.

Good: Decent room size, great breakfast. Can be improved: Parking is expensive for the location (no benefit of staying with the hotel), weak water pressure.

前檯接待員非常友善，細心解釋酒店設施位置及服務，提醒早一晚訂早餐有折扣優惠，小朋友免費。 房間空間大 乾淨,有shower and bath,有冷氣，在英國同等價錢的酒店未必有冷氣，唯枕頭不太舒服 ，泊車後需推行李行大斜路。

地點在火車站後面，大概走5-10分鐘到酒店，但整夜都有警車聲，還有車聲，出於環保理由，什麼也不提供，商務需要是不錯選擇，主打一個出入方便，隨街流浪漢會讓人不自在

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean and the breakfast was superb. The location was very good. We were very satisfied with everything. One thing that we need to point out was the politeness of one of the receptionists at the hotel. We were not treated politely, which was disappointing considering the standard of the hotel. But everything was nice. I suppose it wasn't directly related to the hotel, but it was just that specific staff member that did not not really meet the standard of an IHG hotel.

房間很大，住得很不錯。位置也很方便，就在火車站後面，步行大約8分鐘，唯一美中不足的就是房間隔音一般。
