As is the case in most cities around the world, airports are typically not located in city centers, but rather outside of them, and this is the case here in Nice as well.Regarding public transportation, we're pleased to offer direct tram access to the city center (Jean Médecin), which takes approximately 25–30 minutes. While the area may be quieter at night, daytime services are easily accessible, and we’re always happy to recommend nearby options.As for the facilities and service points you mentioned, we appreciate your observations. Some of our choices (like self-service and a single reception desk) reflect the concept of our 4-star urban lifestyle hotels, which combine design, functionality, and autonomy. However, we take your comments seriously and will consider them in our ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience.We do hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future!
