沒有前台，沒有自己的餐廳，早餐還要走四分鐘到路邊的咖啡廳去湊。作為第一次到奧斯陸的旅客會很奔潰，門口碰到好幾撥各國旅客進不了門，一瞭解前台也沒有時一臉茫然的。建議避坑。關鍵價格還不便宜。差評

Clean room with great lication, near central station and in the middle of shopping street, easy to find 7-eleven. Clear instruction from bob for check in/out. Love this place.

Location isn't bad but still a 10 min uphill walk, with your luggage. Using keyless website link to open door isn't a bad idea, but only if it works. I had to try many times to enter my room, sometimes very frustrating standing at the corridor. Another big concern is wifi security, my phone keeps alerting me off someone casting their phone to the TV screen, it is very annoying as I had to find way to skip this alert. In other words, they could also see me ! As an IT person myself, the wifi router is less than the minimum configuration for security.

房間挺不錯的，位置也不太偏

立地が良くて清潔度も高かったのはとても評価出来ますが、寒いにもかかわらず温水が出なくなってしまったこと、改善に時間がかかったことが残念でした

房間挺好的 因為是自助的 房間門一開始打不開，也是聯繫攜程很快解決了（不太清楚是不是系統自己好的）

Esta foi uma das piores experiencias da minha vida em termos de alojamento. Foi um pesadelo. Não tem recepção, nem ninguém responsável à vista. É preciso telefonar para toda e qualquer coisa... Nem devia ser chamado Hotel, porque não é. Parece um lugar fantasma...não há ninguém a quem pedir informações ou resolver problemas que surjam. Nem os hostels são assim tão maus. Os hostels têm recepção e funcionários. O problema maior são as chaves para se entrar nos quartos. Não há chave física; É obrigatório ter um smartphone, porque a chave é um código enviado para o smartphone. Ou seja, as portas (todas) só abrem através desse código enviado para o smartphone. Não tenho; tenho um telemóvel antigo. Nem consigo dizer o terror que foi para conseguir entrar no meu quarto... gastei uma fortuna em telefone para conseguir simplesmente abrir a porta do meu quarto! Pior, no dia seguinte, à noite, quando regressei ao hotel, a porta já estava bloqueada novamente!! Nova chamada telefónica e um dinheirão gasto em roming..... Pior ainda, no check out, deixei a mala na sala das bagagens, mas quando a fui buscar às 7 da tarde a minha chave já não conseguiu abrir a porta da sala das bagagens, porque já tinha sido cancelada. e eu com a mala presa lá dentro...um rapaz que chegou, abriu-me a porta para eu tirar a minha mala e poder ir pro aeroporto, mas ele não me conhecia e não sabia se aquela mala era minha ou nao....... eu poderia ter trazido outra mala qualquer! Uns IRRESPONSÁVEIS do pior! Um terror! a pior experiência da minha vida! As instalações até são boas e a localização tb, mas o sistema das malditas chaves...... uffff é um inferno. Estava lá um hóspede com um cão(!!!!!) porque dizia ser cego, mas não era; tenho a certeza que não era. Estava a marcar números no telemóvel e andava sozinho à frente do cão... que raio de cegueira é essa???! o cão era normal; não era cão próprio dos cegos... portanto, tenho a certeza absoluta que ele mentiu, dizendo ser cego, sem ser. E eles aceitaram-no no hotel com o cão, simplesmente....sem confirmar se era cego ou não...... :( Claro, não estava lá ninguém para ver que era um mentiroso que não quis deixar o cão em casa... só vimos nós. Além de mentiroso era muito sujo: cheiravam mal os dois - ele e o cão. E ele tinha muitas feridas nas pernas e coçava, levantando as calças(foi assim que eu vi as feridas). Isto só acontece porque não está lá ninguém para ver e confirmar. Nunca mais. É abaixo de mau.

優點：乾淨整潔，位置優越，提供轉換插頭，距離中央車站步行5分鐘，距離教堂、王宮、蒙克美術館、國家博物館等都在10分鐘步行範圍內，就位置而言性價比較高；缺點：房間小，如果入住2個人還👌，但是住4個人，沙發床放下後，走路都困難更何況放箱子了～ 全程入住、行李寄存、進出大門房門、退房全部自助～另外提醒來旅遊的朋友，酒店不提供拖鞋，牙刷牙膏、務必自帶，但是都有熱水壺～

Bob place is perfect! We never have much expectation since this was a last minute booking as our tour booked us an airport hotel instead of city hotel. Bob place has every small details of personal touch, with a personalised welcome card, and couple of amenities thats we loved so much. Also, they are always reachable and helpful even though its self check-in.

Quiet and warm environment. Close to the city centre. High tech check in/ out.

Nice location - near to train station and main shopping streets, spacious room for a family of 4, very satisfied with the facilities available. There is no reception so mainly you are communicating through WhatsApp but the responses were very quick.  Please ensure you have data as you will need to open doors with the app.  Highly recommend this place

الموقع مناسب حقًا. الغرفة صغيرة ولكنها معقولة بهذا السعر. موظف الاستقبال (على WhatsApp) يرد بسرعة حتى عندما تصل متأخرًا.
