A bubble of enchantment!
This might have been the most amazing hotel experience we have ever had! We got a little lost in the hills above the entrance to the hotel, which made it an even better adventure when we found it and discovered the uniqueness, beauty and magic of Finca Bell-LLoc. The staff was sweet and friendly, our room was so lovely, with antique details, beautiful furniture, a chandelier and a bottle of exquisite wine! The pool was a short walk through an orchard and was like having our own little mountain lake. I cannot say enough accolades to truly describe our enchanting stay at this hotel.

Es única la finca, la bodega y el personal pero sobre todo el ambiente -irrepetible y exclusivo a la vez que cálido y confortable-. La Comida es muy buena con un montón de productos propios. Vinos muy delicados y suaves. Lo recomiendo en grupo, en pareja, para empresas o también para gente activa pues los alrededores son preciosos. Escultura de Plensa y viñedos..

Después de años yendo, la última vez muy decepcionado. La atención al cliente nula, en particular de Lika y Maria. Me sentí menospreciado ante un problema que tuve con una invasión de hormigas en el apartamento. Observo muy poca profesionalidad y por respuesta siempre tenía un, somos trabajadores y no podemos hacer nada, es la norma o no hay nadie a quien reclamar. La relación calidad precio del alojamiento y de la comida ha empeorado. O mejoran en todo o este espacio cerrará y es una lástima con lo bonito y tranquilo que es. Lo mejor, la visita a la bodega realizada por Pons. Un 10!

We have been given room just above the restaurant kitchen and as a result we did not sleep all night as they have kitchen extractor working all the time (i have never heard anything that loud!). We have specifically requested when making the reservation not to have this room (it was obviously ignored). During check-in we're told the fan is only when kitchen is on and would be off at 10pm. Obviously it wasnt (it is on all the time as all kitchen refrigerators are connected to that and they cannot switch it off). None should be accommodated in such room !!! They lied about this problem at the first place and when complained in the morning we have been given to be moved to the 'shed' accommodation (mouldy, totally different standard) which of course is not a solution as we paid for this place the full price. I have never seen such horrible guests service. I just want to leave this place (but of course hotel is not supporting the refund). NIGHTMARE on holidays!!!

Difficult to wax too lyrical as, on the one hand the whole experience was perfect in every way - the setting - at the top of a valley overlooking vineyards, with Palamos in the distance and the sea beyond - the food and wine, all of which are grown/produced on site - ecologically. Even their own olive oil and honey. The chef is a genius and produces meals with exquisite care and the flavours are of an era long before preservatives and chemicals ruined our appreciation of what real food tastes like! On the other hand they only have nine rooms and I’m concerned that too good a review will have the place sold out forever! And I intend to go back. Frequently. For peace, tranquility and gourmet food and wine it surpasses any wellness spa I’ve ever visited. At a fraction of the cost! And the staff? I have best friends whom I love less. They couldn’t do enough for us. Just a wonderful experience. Our final evening meal - billed as tapas - ( main meal is Lunch) - was wild boar stew, served with their own fig preserve as an accompaniment. If I never eat anything again…..I’ll have ended on the perfect meal. Thank you, Team Bel Lloc!

Casa /Finca Rural muy bien conservada y con una decoración muy bonita y buen gusto. Desayuno incluido. Embutido de la zona, queso, yoghourt artesano y también posibilidad de huevos fritos. Todo completo. El mosto de la uva garnacha de sus tierras, buenísimo. Habitación 'Refugio' preciosa, caseta aislada con vistas hasta el mar. Baño en su interior. Piscina con amplio horario y rodeada de cesped y hamacas. Cosas a mejorar: - Camino unos 2km en bastante mal estado. Ibamos con moto y fue complicado. Entendemos que sea de tierra pero se podia allanar. - Información de lo que puede ofrecer la zona, de lo que puede ofrecer la finca rural(comidas, cenas, precios, visita a celler, iglesia...) se escoja o no, que se vea que hay más cosas que una habitación en una finca preciosa. No se si se podia o no visitar la pequeña iglesia pero ... lo que comentaba...

Lo descubrimos gracias a un bono de estos de experiencias y la noche nos supo a poco. Estuvimos en una habitación llamada “El refugi” que estaba fuera de la finca y resultó ideal porque era como estar en una cabañita en la montaña. La habitación preciosa, la piscina un lujo, el desayuno buenísimo y el personal súper amable (íbamos con un bebé y nos pusieron todo tipo de facilidades) Un gustazo de escapada que intentaremos repetir… pero la próxima vez sin la niña 😄
