This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk from Gare Du Nord. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. A couple of things to be aware of relating to a recently renovated room on the TOP floor: - The sloping roof is very low on one side so when you get up from the bed you end up bumping your head. - there is no mirror in the main part of the room, only in the toilet / ensuite shower - if you have luggage its tricky to get up there as the lift only goes to the 5th floor. The above was specific to the room on the top floor, so its worth being aware of. I would recommend this hotel for short stays noting the above. There is always someone at reception and they have been very friendly and helpful, helping us to sort out airport transfers

Consider value of money compare to other at the same location and grade, live their balcony view

Sehr gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer waren um 17 Uhr nicht fertig. Gute Kofferaufbewahrung, Gute Air Condition.

The 6th floor is not accessible by lift. The bath tub is not inside the toilet , it is just opposite to the bed . Water splashed on the floor while you are showering or bathing. It is not convenient if you are not young couples . Water splashed on the floor will be slippery. You should better communicate with the hotel in advance if you don’t like to be assigned to such room . It is wasn’t stated these 2 conditions while you are doing the booking on trip.com

房間老舊而狹小，也沒什麼服務，酒店周邊黑人很多，衞生環境不好

Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel. Der Ausblick geht garnicht, auf eine Hauswand und unten sind Klimaanlagen die sehr laut am Abend sind. Wenn man am Morgen wach wird weiß man nicht ob es hell ist oder noch Nacht. Oberflächlich ist das Zimmer sauber wenn man nichts anfasst. Irgendwie kam uns das ganze Hotel vor als würde gerade saniert werden. Sehr hellhörig und die Türen sind auch halb kaputt. Es sind 2 Fernseher im Raum ohne das da eine Tür dazwischen ist was sehr unlogisch ist auf ein paar qm. Das Personal ist allerdings sehr nett. Auf unsere Kritik was das Zimmer betrifft bekamen wir einen Tag später eine Nachricht und zwar 12.17Uhr und es stand drin wenn wir bis 12Uhr an die Rezeption gehen bekommen wir ein schöneres Zimmer. Also bei 3 Nächten und denn so ein Ablauf, das kann man sich dann auch sparen, sehr unterirdisch die Vorstellungen. Sehr schade für uns, das wir so eine Erfahrung machen mussten. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen  Gruß Familie Kutzleb

Worse hotel and please dont book this hotel. It is so basic and dirty. Staff at the reception was so rude and not helpful.

Good and Bad. Hotel is conveniently near to Gare Du Nord. Within 5 mins walk. Things to consider if travelling with young baby. The lift is very small. You really have to squeeze into the lift with the Babyzen yoyo pram. Larger prams won't fit. No baby changing facilities in hotel, so if you don't have your room ready or checked out, floor is the only option. Double bed + single bed room is actually 2 single mattresses pushed together, had to leave the duvet as bedding and use single bed duvet. Crack in the middle is not comfortable and should have said so in the listing. Wouldn't have booked it otherwise. AC doesn't work, it blew only hot air and controller did not work except On OFF and speed of fan. Shower curtain will give you cold shocks. Because shower is so narrow when you having shower the curtain will keep hitting you as there is a draft in the bathroom. If you are a big person you are definitely striking your arms on the wall, since with the curtain it is only 80 x 60cm shower space. We only spent a night, all was acceptable as trying to change room will always fail so didn't bother. Left the bathroom window a little bit open to let some cool air in. I would considering staying here again if it's just 1 night as price was acceptable and I couldn't find something else better condition travelling alone but not with a young baby. 2 single mattresses pushed together and to stay with a baby is in my opinion bit dangerous and that's what the hotel gave for the booking. Hotel staff were nice and friendly in interaction.

The hotel is situated 7mjns walk from the station. On arrival at the receptionist, Luca's was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean , and the corridors however are very narrow. The only downside i found was the breakfast. It was a major letdown. There's no variety. All you get is basic cereal, pastries, bread , and cheese, and you boil your eggs by yourself. Apart from the breakfast, it's all good. I stayed for a night

Gare du nord is what it is, hotel was nice, tight corridors, interesting elevator, great looking staiwell.
