Atour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider. Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic. Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well.

الايجابيات: الغرفة نظيفة n الجوالة تعمل بشكل جيد. السرير مريح جدا أيضا. الموقع جيد كأنها في نطاق 20 دقيقة إلى الطعام الجيد n بعض الأماكن المثيرة للاهتمام. الخدمة من موظفي الاستقبال ممتازة أيضا كما أنهم يلبسون الطلب بسرعة. النتيجة: الماء الساخن في الدش بالكاد يمكن أن يشعر به. إنه موسم ساخن الآن، لذا لا يزال لا بأس، ولكن إذا كان موسم بارد، فسيكون هذا موضوعاً كالماء. الخدمة في رعاية المنازل، عملياً كان يجب أن تخبرها ما تريدها أن تفعله مثل تغيير المناشف، تغيير ورقة السرير، صنع سرير، إلخ إن لم تفعل، ستقوم فقط بتنظيف خزان القمامة، الشامبو، والماء. وأخيرا ، كان المدخنين في فندق ن خارج الفندق حتى على طول الممر في مستوى الغرف. أخبرت موظفة الاستقبال عنها أنها لا تبتسم سوى بمجرد أن تظهر إشارات متعددة في المنطقة العامة بالفندق التي تدل على عدم وجود ”التدخين في المنطقة العامة” n رائحة السجائر من الممر، ستكون قادرة على جذب الرائحة في الغرفة.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

Positive: Location is within a 15 minutes walking distance to the vibrant food & night market streets of Hepo town. The front desk lady was very courteous & provided a great customer service with a warm welcoming smile. My questions & requests were promptly & politely answered with satisfactory responses. Room warm & cool air conditioning works perfectly.  Negative: The bed mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. The secondhand smoke from smokers walking along the corridors drifts through the closed room door. Suggestions to this hotel management should isolate & segregate smokers to a different floor of this hotel. Non smokers should be given the option to breathe in “smokeless & clean air” while sleeping. After all, non smokers pay the same $$ to get a good rest that they deserve. Smokers should pay extra cleaning levy for the ash they drop everywhere & cigarette butts burns on hotel assets. Noisy, inconsiderate & selfish hotel guests, talking loudly while walking to their rooms at 3am in the morning.
