The biggest plus for this hotel is the price. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfy and the heating works fine. Our family of 4 (2A2K) were very comfortable living there. There's limited facilities with only one washer/dryer. On the downside, the common areas have room for improvement; there's a sewage smell in the lift areas, the waterproof sealing is poor quality (the sink in the room moves and the sealing on the shower floor is peeling off); but for this price, these are small and acceptable niggles. The location is great with good cheap eateries nearby including a Luckin Coffee. The Xintiandi shopping centre is very accessible with a minibus service (service numbers 1, 4 and 7 ;10 minute ride & get off at Jiaoshan primary school stop and walk 150m) that has plenty of shopping and things for kids to do. It even has a good gym on the 5th floor (Mariss Gym, single entry of RMB20). Definitely would consider booking again. 最大優勢是價錢，非常划算。房間乾净，舒服，暖氣空調正常工作。我們一家兩大兩小住得好。設施有限，只有一部洗衣機有烘乾功能。缺點就公用設施比較“有進步空間”；樓梯位置有很大臭水味道；房間浴室，水盆防水膠優質有限 （水盆會動，淋浴房開始脫掉）；但是這個價錢來講是小事情。 位置不錯，有很多地方又評又好吃，也有公車到新天地廣場附近。新天地廣場有很多小朋友的節目，五樓還有一間健身房給我用。 下次來會考慮再住。

Check in was fast, breakfast was good, standard items were served daily, dishes were change daily with some repeating menu after a day or two. The only thing is coffee is not hot, did not see any tea, at least 2 types of seasonal fruits were served. Fried rice and flat white noddle ramain in the daily menu, there were also century egg porridge, plain porridge and a noodle station where the staff will do the cooking for you, some days there were three kinds of noodle to select from, if not it will be white round noodle. The timsum station is located beside the fried egg station, all eggs were over fried, hence a bit hard, there were also hard boiled eggs if you do not like the fried eggs. the youtiao is nice, not hard, soft.

I had a wonderful stay at Moshang Qingya Hotel in Yongzhou. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for both business and leisure. Great location and excellent service—highly recommended! 🌟🏨😊
