During check-in, I was informed that if I booked breakfast in advance, it would cost €22 per person, whereas the price would be €25 per person without prior reservation. Based on this information, I decided to reserve breakfast for the first day of my two-night stay at the rate of €22 per person. However, upon checking out, I noticed that I had been charged €25 instead. When I pointed this out to the front desk staff, Ms. FACO, and explained that I had booked breakfast at the €22 rate during check-in, she simply stated that there was no record of it and insisted that, according to hotel policy, I had to pay €25. While the difference is only €3 per person, if it is indeed Hilton Malta’s policy to make guests pay for the mistakes of their front desk staff, I will not be booking a stay here again. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the way Ms. FACO handled the situation—her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making the experience even more unpleasant. Aside from this issue, my stay was comfortable.

يحتوي الفندق على مرافق كاملة والخدمة مدروسة بشكل خاص. نظرًا لوقوع الفندق بجوار طريق متعرج وضيق، فمن الصعب العثور على مكان لوقوف السيارات في الفندق. عندما وصلنا إلى الفندق، طلبنا من النوادل في بهو الفندق مساعدتنا في العثور على مكان لركن السيارة ونقلنا إلى موقف سيارات الفندق. لقد كانوا متحمسين جدًا لمساعدتنا، وما زلنا نتذكر خدمتهم المدروسة.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber Frühstück kaum Auswahl dann Zimmer haben morgens nach abgestanden fett und essen gerochen. Pool war klein aber akzeptabel Aufzug Katastrophe hat zu lange gedauert haben die Treppen genutzt war sehr veraltet Lage war mit Uber und Bolt meistens teuer Strand ist abgelegen von dem Hotel.

First time in Malta and not just a great location to explore from but an amazing hotel stay too! From the moment we stepped in the, the staff were always pleasant and always helpful. Sopo, at breakfast ensured we had what we needed and Mina was fast to offer her assistance! Pradeep would make sure we were satisfied with our food and always took care to tell us what was where. The room was clean and very spacious. We had no issues! The hotel is in a fab place to explore with a lot of amenities near by. I would definitely recommend Intercontinental and would defo be staying here again.
