Amazing hotel with great facilities! The location isn’t ideal in terms of the neighborhood or beachfront access, but the Vivo Beach Club arrangement is super.

Service was great. Very friendly staff. Super clean rooms and chill vibes. Went for a wedding on the site. I was upgraded from an ocean view king room to a suite for absolutely no reason so that was a pleasant surprise. Since I was there for a wedding and not really touring I enjoyed it quite a bit. I had a bedroom with a large bathroom, living room/kitchenette. Kitchenette had a mini-fridge, pots and pans, glass and tableware. Microwave, sink, electric range, coffee maker. Coffee and tea provided and bottled water. Beautiful pool, gym, excellent beach access with lawn chairs, umbrellas and towels. Clean beautiful beach—not too crowded. Friendly bar. Cafe on site and take away food. Good restaurant. A small ****** if that is your thing. Seems like hotel is making renovations and updating, but they still managed to make it cosy and appealing while this is going on. My friends were getting married on the beach and everything was so pretty. They seemed very accommodating and helpful for all of their needs. The reception and buffet dinner were in a second floor open air space overlooking the ocean. Was perfect and cosy for around 40 guests plus the wedding party with room for a 3 piece band. This is a solid comfortable place to stay whether you are touring around Puerto Rico or chilling on the beach. It’s super close to the airport and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. Family friendly and definitely caters to all kinds of travelers. Would stay again.

منتجع 5 نجوم بيئة هادية مشغول. اعجبني : الديكور ، ومجموعة من المرافق. سلبيات : رائحة البحر بسبب العفن في الجوار ، كراسي ال pool على الشاطئ مفروشة بالأحجام السفلية دون ظل ، ضجيج مدرج الطائرات القريبة. الإفطار: لا شيء خاص ، ولكن الطعام محدود. بشكل عام ، يستحق الفندق لتكرار الإقامة فيه. التواصل مع باب الغرفة مع عدم وجود عزل خلق ضوضاء الغرف المجاورة.
