Facility & location: Ok, good Clean: Pretty good Service: The manager that day on duty(Oct 24 2025) checked me a room which other servant could not recognize even find the record in their computer which lead the room key failed soon later and the house keeping tried to open my door in another morning without any knocking because they were told the room was not booked yet. Don’t understand why she could be a manager on duty and she is supposed to be trained well to deserve a position from Hilton and its brands.

又住這裏，小火車到P4坐Shuttle很方便。 入住兩天都在下雨，可以躲房間，也可以到大堂換氣，就是不能走到馬路對面Jersey Garden購物+吃東西。叫了Uber Eat，有點兒小貴，到了前台會呼叫。 機組人員還是超多。 記得以前沒早餐，現在有了，是加熱那種，還好有美國胃，覺得還不錯。 個人感覺EWR進出比JFK體驗要好。
