All staff are very friendly and helpful we were checked in very quickly and had a lovely room overlooking the pool. Cleaners were excellent every day The pools and slides are excellent for the kids and the lifeguards do a good job The food was excellent plenty for adults and kids - the street food place on the beach has everything you need. The only issue is how busy it gets we always went for an evening meal after 8pm and the street food area after 2pm. The kids club was good and had plenty to offer for the kids. Wifi fine in the hotel a bit hitty miss around the pools. Bars on the whole are good however the lobby bar which is 24hr always has a long queue after 9pm On the whole I Would recommend and would return

Wij zijn met z'n 4e geweest. We hebben een top vakantie gehad. Grote zwembaden voor de kinderen en veel glijbanen. Het eten is gevarieerd en erg lekker. Personeel vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben geweldige dagen gehad. Morgen gaan we helaas weer naar huis

POSITIVES - lots of transport available from the hotel into antalya / alanya - kind and caring staff - lots of pools and slides to chose from - lots of food choices - rooms are nice - entertainment for both kids and adults to enjoy NEGATIVES - no food choices for picky eaters i basically lived off pancakes and pasta the whole time (i was there for 6 days) - staff will constantly nag you to buy stuff - loud noise at night which you can hear in your room when you are trying to sleep - pools were absolutely freezing, your feet will literally hurt whenever you go in to any of the pools

Alles im großen und ganzen Ok. Zimmer sind sauber. Das Essen ist gut. Alkohol ist ein no go. Schmeckt nicht. Obwohl wir all inclusive ultra gebucht haben, müssten wir für Getränke die an der lobby kostenlos waren, am strand bezahlen, außer Bier !

Fantastic hotel great atmosphere, clean, big good rooms. Great for the kids, only thing to let it down is the food. It's bland horrible food. Other than that can't fault anything, manage to plan day trips in hotel lobby with tour guides. 5/5 just food needs upgrading.

This will read like something lengthy a completely fictional. I would ask if you’re planning to book a Jet2 holiday to the Eftalia Ocean Hotel then bear with me and read it to the end. This was a family holiday which we booked, the main purpose of our visit to Alanya was for myself and my partner to marry. Obviously we wanted this to be a memorable occasion, which indeed it will be…………….UNFORTUNATELY FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS. We had an AI holiday to the Lara Beach area of Turkey 2 years ago which was amazing. That being the case we chose Turkey again, just a different area but a similar concept hotel. We are very familiar with AI holidays and have been on many before to multiple destinations. This holiday is by far THE WORST EVER. Had this been our first AI experience it is something I would never have considered booking again. We are a family party travelling from different areas of the UK, leaving from different airports at different times. We hired a car so that our young granddaughters travelling from London would be met at the airport by family rather than having to use the included transfer and check in late on their own. They are aged 17 & 20, but being responsible grandparents we just wanted to reassure ourselves our girls were safely checked in and their accommodation was acceptable. This is where our problems started. Since opening the new terminal at Antalya airport all of the car rental companies have been relocated to the new terminal building there was no information about this prior to arrival. We had to be shuttled to the new building to collect the car, as more than one of us was driving we all had to go. By the time we got back to arrivals our transfer bus had already departed. The Jet2 lady was most accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us with another operator. This was our only positive experience with Jet2. We arrived at the Eftalia Ocean Hotel around 11:30pm. Check in was straightforward. Our initial impressions were positive. We took our luggage to our room which was spacious, clean and pleasantly decorated. HOWEVER, the smell of sewage was overwhelming. We approached reception and requested to be moved, we were told they were fully booked but could accommodate a move if we paid for an upgrade, we were not looking for an upgrade just somewhere we could breathe clean air. We were told we could discuss this with our Jet2 rep the next morning. We found some seats in the lobby area which was busy, clean, plenty of comfortable places to sit and decent coffee on tap. It’s now around 12:30am. The lobby bar is still open and alcohol is still flowing freely. I have no objections to people enjoying a good holiday, having some drinks & letting go a bit. However I do believe that when it gets to the point of physical fighting a line should be clearly drawn. Unfortunately at Eftalia Ocean what we witnessed at this point was 2 grown men fighting in the main reception area, moving from the lobby

Really good entertainment especially darts games at 11 and 3:30 with the team ( umut koko and umut ) definitely came back. I really enjoyed the slides and the rooms are massive and mmaculate and finally after ten days I finally won a darts game but got beat too many times of my best mate Connor

Went to eftalia ocean spa resort April 23rd 2025 for 8 days. Family of 4. What a brilliant time we had thanks to Umut Sadi & Umut Can Bozhan for the entertainment. Darts for the adults, water polo for the children. I took my daughters to the foam party at the beach. What an amazing time we had definitely going back soon . The hotel was spotless, so looking forward to going back.

First of all the people who work within the hotel on all levels. But my biggest shout out is to the lovely lady who cleaned our room daily (Meryen)on level 5 we had lots of conversations with her and she was so happy to talk with me as I speak some Turkish.she is an asset to the hotel and we hope to see her again.

My Wife and I took our 3 daughters here. We all had a great time. The staff, food and entertainment were all great. Irem and Gül ar the kids club were super fun and friendly. We would definitely come back! Having access to the island, made every day different. Loved it.

I stayed at Eftalia Ocean Hotel with my Mum and then 6 year old and, unfortunately, our experience was far from what we hoped it would be. As you walk into the lobby it is giving guest a luxury feel HOWEVER it felt far from luxurious. First and foremost, I found the staff to be terribly rude, which set a negative tone for my stay. Not a single one of them were welcoming and even upon arrival the reception staff were arguing with one of the guests. I also found the staff at Eftalia Island Beach (not where the pool and shops are located) to be extremely rude. We were constantly ignored when trying to enquire about the sun loungers, one of the staff members did a shoo hand gesture towards us. Totally unacceptable. We never returned to the beach after that. When dining at the a la carte restaurant, I was left disappointed by the menu options even as a meat eater and there were no substantial vegetarian or vegan mains available, making it difficult for my mum to enjoy the dining experience. On the 2nd day there my daughter also got food poisoning and I also came down with food poisoning the next day. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining room was concerning. On several occasions, I found chairs dirty with leftover food from breakfast, and the cutlery and tablecloths were not clean. This is not what you expect when dining at a resort. The children's pool at the hotel was another point of concern. It was so rammed and on one occasion there was no lifeguard on site. A staff member even approached me, indicating how dangerous this was. We spent most of our time at the other children's pool which is available to all of the Eftalia sister hotels to use. To top it all off, the pool floor was dangerously slippery. I experienced this firsthand, causing me to fall and hurt my wrist. Thankfully, it wasn't a severe injury, but it could have been a lot worse. The bedrooms were very nice, but I found the bathroom to be quite dark and there was no light in our shower. The shop staff inside the hotel were lovely. Overall, my experience at Eftalia Ocean hotel was disappointing, and I have no intention in revisiting.
