Service is the hotel is just amazing, stuffs from all departments are very professional and responsive. I have enjoyed my stay so much, definitely want to come back

فندق قريب من المركز التاريخي، ترحيبا حارا جدا من الموظفين الذين يقدمون النصائح الجيدة. الغرف فسيحة وأسرة مريحة للغاية. الانتقاد الوحيد لهذا الفندق ذو المستوى العالي هو عصائر الفاكهة التي يتم تقديمها في وجبة الإفطار، وهي عبارة عن مادة كيميائية فقط، وهو عار.

Nice and clean hotel with polite and friendly staffs. Location is slightly periphery to city center. The high rating on sites is a little misleading though.

Everyone would agree that they don't want to let others know where they like very much. This hotel provides pleasure and comfort, as evidenced by the friendly expressions on the staff. The spacious room and large bathtub are enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day, and I like the restaurant food. The proximity to the train station gives good transportation access. You may think the facility is a little old, but there is no inconvenience at all. Above all, I liked the bed. One thing is regrettable that there were no free drinks in the room.

Очень холодно! Вентиляция холодным потоком воздуха дует прямо в номер, прямо на нашу кровать! И её не отключить, на ресепшене нам сказали, что так во всех номерах. Мы спали в тёплой одежде, с головой укрывшись под одеялом!!!! Это ужасно! Вы сделали хорошую гостиницу, но какой в этом смысл, если ваши гости будут мёрзнуть и болеть во время путешествия!!! Из-за вас мы уехали из этого номера больные. Не рекомендуем этот отель! Так же в номере нет чайника и тапочек.

Ottimaubicazione tra stazione centrale e centro città raggiungibili in 3 minuti a piedi. Servizio e cortesia molto buoni. Pulizia buona. Soggiorno gradevole.

I enjoyed my stay at the Astor :) the room had a funny smell, the breakfast was very uninspiring, and one could hear every noise from every corner all the time, but the room also was large and comfortable and the bathroom was good and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful - it was a relief to stay at a place where it felt a lot like being at home. I definitely would stay again.

Place is great and private. Well connected to city centre
