整體還可以，大廳就有星巴克，很方便

酒店位置， 服務都很好。 但還是老酒店了， 空調如火車頭一樣嘈。

離機場近。方便夜間航班

酒店位置優越，周圍中歺館林立，有機場小巴🚐接送服務，但設施比較舊，衞生一般。

非常差勁的酒店，晚點九點開始停電，沒有網，沒有電梯。詢問酒店什麼時間來電，回答早上四點。最後十點退房都沒有來電。即使不考慮停電因素，該酒店也不推薦，設施過於老舊。

不錯 就在萬豪對面

酒店還行吧。價格也不便宜的。

這次住宿體驗相當不錯，其中一位前台的服務員態度很好點讚！

房間乾淨，公共設施區域大

房間設施老舊，衞生也打掃的不乾淨，我們入住的房間地上還有沒清理乾淨的薯片。

超出預期，房間很大，比Radisson好太多，如果住Richmond，強力推薦！

We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.
