Muweti Bush Lodge

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with 3 safari drives. The first night we saw a Lion and his pride. It was amazing along with other animals. The property had all we needed and provided us with delicious meals and very personable safari guides. We had an amazing time and look forward to telling our friends and maybe returning one day.

We just got back from an incredible 5-night stay at Muweti Bush Lodge and honestly, it couldn’t have been better! We stayed in a tented chalet, which was perfect — super comfortable and gave us that amazing feeling of really being out in the bush. Waking up to the sounds of nature all around was just magical. The food was another highlight — breakfast, lunch, and dinner all cooked by their talented chef, and every meal was absolutely delicious. They really looked after us! During the day, we loved chilling by their infinity pool (which was always spotless) and often had animals wandering nearby — such a cool experience. The sunrise and sunset game drives were a dream — so well-organized, and we always felt safe. Our guides were so knowledgeable and passionate, which made every drive even more enjoyable. We were lucky to see so much wildlife and nature: giraffes, lions, wild dogs, hyenas, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, antelope, and loads more. Every drive was different and exciting. And finally, Laura and Mike, the hosts, were just the best — so warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely people. They made the whole experience even more special. And all the staff at Muweti were fantastic too — always friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend Muweti if you’re looking for an authentic, relaxed, and unforgettable safari experience!

Muweti, une expérience magique et extraordinaire. Accueilli par la gentillesse de Mike et Laura, on s’y sent bien dès notre arrivée. 10 jours de safari avec notre guide Hardus, à qui la réserve n’a aucun secret et connaît tous les recoins. Safaris magnifiques, nous avons pu observer beaucoup d’animaux du Bush (éléphants, lions, etc….) même jusqu’au plus petit (Caméléon…). Les lodges sont extra, très bien entretenu, toujours propres, les velvets viennent même nous rendre visite sur la terrasse…. Les instants repas sont conviviaux, chaleureux et délicieux, pas un seul jour nous avons été déçus, de plus, toujours des plats typiques Sud-Africain. Nous n’oublierons jamais ses vacances exceptionnelles, MERCI Mike, Laura, Hardus et votre équipe. A très bientôt, nous reviendrons…. Guillaume et Muriel.
