Came here during the Chinese New Year, which is also the Vietnamese New Year, it was a lifesaver! There were not enough staff to clean the room, and we had to wait three hours to check in! ! !
I came to the front desk and was told that this was not the hotel I booked. I went to three places before I found the contact person. The contact person is a sub-landlord. It is not a hotel at all and there is no management at all! ! !
The environment and facilities are good, but the catering is really bad. There is only Fan and Wallace, and a canteen. Emma, the supporting facilities are totally inadequate.
Overall, I will not come to this hotel again. The fishing village B&B next to it is a wise choice. If your children are too young and require equipment, don’t come to the festival, otherwise the experience will be really bad!

這是我住過的酒店中體驗感最差的一個！！ 一般我不會去評價任何酒店，除非它真的讓我失去理智。 1：入住的時候寶寶剛好想睡覺，一直在大廳哭鬧，前台説要等代理人才能辦理入住，我們就在寶寶的哭鬧聲等了一個多小時。 2：由於我們是五一開車自駕遊的，酒店車比較多，停車位緊張，這個可以理解，但是最後必須要停到2km外的一個停車場！ 這是正常酒店乾的事嗎？ 3：房間簡陋到快趕上汽車旅館了，面積也小，走廊常年沒有人打掃衞生，***一股尿騷味。 4：第二天終於趕上退房了，去餐廳用餐時，被酒店餐廳服務員告知我們沒有早餐，我訂的就是帶早餐的！ 於是撥打代理人的電話，死活打不通，還是攜程人工客服幫忙聯繫過來的！過來後被告知我們不能在酒店餐廳用餐，拿着他給我們的早餐券去指定的飯店吃早餐！ 用餐的餐廳環境味道都是一言難盡。 我想不通這樣的酒店還掛在攜程幹嘛？ 為客服徒增煩惱？給客人埋下坑洞？
