Good breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff and very clean rooms. VERY negative point: it is right next to the parties, so you can hear the music all night long, very loud. When booking, choose the “quiet room” option.

These resort is really nice and clean but just only at the night we have the problem sounds with beach club because the resort really close meters far away the beach party bars so at the night we can’t be sleep until 3 am ,the sound of noisy is the whole night .Staff service is also very nice and breakfast also pretty good

Great location. Very close to the beach. Swimming pool and pool bar was a great chill out place. Only one downside - The shower water was not hot enough. Other than that, the overall stay was pretty good.

Incredibly delicious breakfast, but it seems like this everywhere on Phi Phi. The third floor has a nice view of the mountains and part of the bay, while the lower floors don't have that view at all. Not suitable for those with sleep problems, the music plays until 1-2am and is very loud.

Yuk just avoid, disgusting room: dirty and broken (so bad they had to replace my tap during my stay) so expensive it’s unbelievable, and horrible breakfast, I asked for my money back and they refused, the audacity is remarkable….

The location of this resort is great as everything is so close by but having a beach club play music until 3am EVERY NIGHT is definitely not ideal for sleep and rest. It’s really unfortunate that I didn’t know about this earlier as I would have stayed elsewhere as I didn’t realise this part of the island is more the party scene. The lovely young lady at the front desk apologised when I asked her about the beach club music and she said it’s every night and loud. Of course, I let her know it’s not her fault at all. The room had everything I needed and water/toilet paper given each day. The pool area was good but could benefit from some umbrellas to provide shade from sun. The beds are so hard and really made it difficult to get proper sleep. Overall, the stay was good but I wouldn’t stay again due to beach club. The staff were very lovely and helpful!

Perfect in every possible way .... Worth the money spent here. Breakfast was awesome. Location mind blowing. The staff are very cordial and friendly. Loved everything.

Very noisy at night, had a dead cockroach in the shower and the toilet got completely Blocked after one use so was unable to be used. However location was very good, room was decent for the price, pool was nice and breakfast was okay too

Good looking room with nice bathroom space and balcony. Great location next to the beach and street food and supermarkets right outside of the hotel. Cleaning service was some kind of a random, like one day it can be cleaned, one you need to ask, one even if you ask, they won't. Very poor choice for the breakfast, pretty much only various eggs dishes, sausages, yogurt and pancakes, that's it. Overall, it was a good stay for its price. Btw, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, so prepare it with you while staying.

Front: Check-in was alright from reception.bit helped me to change the room cuz my room where we've got the AC it's not cool.thxs from your helped. Room:we were booked for the standard room first night, and A/C it not working well. Not even blow air comes out at all, it's was pretty hot. Bit, we are not too picky. If we paid for the room types that we're booked for, then we should get the right comfort room for what we paid. Water: Inside the toilet, the water is hard to run out. Amenities: All good(inside the room) Minibar: Good enough Pool:one of bartender boy,His name is"Name" he was so kindly friendly and great for an was professional for a bartender.

Great location. Nice views. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. Just a mind blowing stay.
