People is very nice, condition of the rooms could be better but it’s great to have to option to train every time I wanted too. It is very convenient

Great place situated in a suburb about 26 minutes drive away from riverside away from the madness 😂but still busy enough to explore 👍staff are super sociable and attentive great service 👍 If you like martial arts then this is a great place to stay doesn’t matter if your a complete beginner or consider yourself a professional The instructors are super friendly and know exactly what there doing all the guests are like minded with an interest in various Martial arts and other sports. If you don’t want lessons you can use the gym which is well equipped Great social nights at the bar …pool table and a couple of beers everyone so friendly Definitely stay there again Thanks to the staff for looking after me hope to see you again soon

The room is a little different from the pictures. But can stay for few days. Have gym for training. Good location. And the staff is good. The room is clean.

I booked a female only dorm but I guess there weren't any females so the rooms were all given to guys and there was some lack of communication between partners maybe. I knew from other reviews that there are no air conditioners in the dorms, which is understandable given the price, so the young guys, looked like teenagers were resting shirtless and got surprised when I walked in 😂. I decided not to stay, but it would be cool to practice the martial art lessons offered here. The guy at the desk refunded me and also covered my tuktuk cost to the next hotel I booked.

とにかく安くて良い。相部屋だが部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかった。しかしエアコンがないため夜は暑い。外国人のオーナーはとても親切で過ごしやすかった。
