Fantastic Stay with Breathtaking City Views!
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning city view from my window. Waking up to that skyline each morning was such a treat!
The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing pool and lounge areas. Everything was well-maintained and easily accessible. On top of that, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable city view!
Room:
The room felt a bit unsettling with the portrait hanging on the wall, especially since the lighting is quite dim. It would be more comfortable to have a mirror, which would be very useful when drying hair, or maybe having an extra power socket in the bathroom area would be convenient.
Toilet Amenities:
The toothbrush provided was quite hard, and the shampoo didn’t feel like it effectively cleansed my hair…no lotion is provided in the room. Perhaps these can be improved for better guest comfort.
Spa/Wellness/Gym:
10/10 — Absolutely excellent and CLEAN!!!
Restaurant:
10/10 — The food was great, especially the baguettes — they were delicious!!!
Overall, the staffs were friendly and helpful.
My friend stayed at Sofitel Hotel and forgot to renew the room because it expired, so I recommended him to stay here. It's really great👍👍Excellent👍👍Safe, clean, sanitary, good service👍👍New facilities👍👍Good scenery👍Rich breakfast👍👍
I booked a room without a balcony, but the staff got us a room with a balcony which is wa are appreciate it, and the balcony is so wide with a city view. There is no water heater, and there are only face towels and bath towels. Bathroom amenities are not complete as in the information, such as shower caps. But overall, it is worth the price. The hotel is clean, and the location is very good. :)) The prices of food and drinks at the cafe are also very cheap.
I recently stayed at the Bassac Signature Hotel & Residence, a brand new hotel in Phnom Penh. The property is extremely clean and conveniently located, which is a real plus. I didn't try the hotel's restaurant, but there is a small cafe in the lobby where you can find delicious pastries and coffee. I went there every day and it was a real treat.
The staff is particularly welcoming, and the manager is very attentive. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service.

KKheav SothyThe location is very good. Prince Huanyu is convenient to go anywhere. The room is not too big or small but clean. The front desk is friendly. The Chinese uncle who delivered the room card is also friendly. I will definitely book it again next time my husband is on vacation.
FFILIP M.The hotel stuff is super friendly, the hotel is located in really central part of the city surrounded with plenty of foreign restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is built in avant-garde style and the amenities are really fine selected. Well done and definitely I would stay here again.
MMarkWe stayed at this hotel for 3 days and can only praise it. The hotel is very quiet in a side street, but you can still get to the city centre quickly. The grounds are very well maintained and beautifully landscaped, with a large pool and a green garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of tips for excursions. The room was very clean, comfortably and stylefully furnished. A highlight was the breakfast, which you can order anytime between 6am and 8pm. There was a large selection of fresh and delicious food. I felt very comfortable in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. I give the hotel 5 out of 5 stars.
LLinshuyuanyuyanI have been to Phnom Penh many times. Vinny lived for the first time. Breakfast is set at the front desk the day before, the highest is 6$, and the cheapest is 2.5$. The room facilities are very new and very clean. The ability of the front desk to solve and handle inquiries is very strong. The photo was taken in the elevator.
TTW2024Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.
GGuest UserGood food quality is proportional to the price of food. Accommodation is also acceptable. The Barcelona Hormone Hotel is also a good choice, but most of my outings are not within the hotel area, so the facilities are not used.
AAmnaSidI booked a female only dorm but I guess there weren't any females so the rooms were all given to guys and there was some lack of communication between partners maybe. I knew from other reviews that there are no air conditioners in the dorms, which is understandable given the price, so the young guys, looked like teenagers were resting shirtless and got surprised when I walked in 😂. I decided not to stay, but it would be cool to practice the martial art lessons offered here. The guy at the desk refunded me and also covered my tuktuk cost to the next hotel I booked.
