Please note: I was not asked to write this review by the hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world for business and pleasure and I can say with all honesty that this hotel was simply excellent. The room was fabulous and the view over the city skyline was fantastic. Everything in the room worked and was clean and new. The bathroom was “designer” and very posh. There was even an extension lead in the room with multiple sockets and USB ports for charging my gear. By western standards, this is a high quality hotel which would cost at least 4x this price back home The staff were also excellent. Very attentive and helpful. I’d highly recommend the rooftop pool and restaurant for reasonably priced* food and cocktails (*reasonable hotel prices) Overall, I’d highly recommend. So much so that I will be back there on Monday as I transit to Vietnam.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was truly unmatched — every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility that instantly made me feel at peace. The environment was not only elegant and serene, but also thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. My stay was incredibly relaxing, with every detail tailored to create a sense of home away from home. Without a doubt, this is a place I’ll keep coming back to — it’s a rare gem that delivers both beauty and heart.

Hotel room is small, but the health is in place, the restaurant downstairs is very good, the breakfast buffet is also delicious, lunch and dinner can be ordered, one night I have more than nine o'clock in the evening, the price is not expensive in the local area, the environment is beautiful, it is very convenient to go anywhere, Even the security guards at the door are better.

Lovely hotel , comfortable clean rooms . Friendly staff. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. A 4* hotel but with an at best 3* breakfast. Lacking quality and organization tbh. Note that the laundry machines are not free like some other hotels, and it is $9.10 to use. It is better to take washing outside to local cleaners. Not checked if it states charge or not in booking description.

The tranquil atmosphere greatly enhances the experience, making it a perfect choice for a peaceful staycation. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy restful nights and wake up feeling refreshed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious accommodations, serene ambiance, and the comfort of its sleeping arrangements. I’ll definitely return if I ever experience insomnia or restless nights again.

The service is excellent and responsive. The front desk can speak Japanese. The Japanese breakfast tastes good. There are also some authentic Japanese restaurants near the hotel. The hot spring bath and massage are also great for relaxation.

Jungle Addition was the perfect base for exploring Phnom Penh. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it was hard to believe we were just a short walk from the buzz and chaos of the tuk tuks and city streets! The atmosphere was calm and tranquil—an ideal retreat after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh, delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. A truly charming and relaxing place to stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel with dedicated and kind staff members. I throughly enjoyed my stay, very clean rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, beautiful pool, and convenient location to the Royal Palace and National Museum. Highly recommended!

The hotel is adorable. The price is cheap compared to Hong Kong or Singapore, but the hotel is at a very high level. I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!

all staff are friendly, hong and chandra served me at checkout. friendly ppl. good stay. the aircon can look to improve the ventilation better as the air will not blow if it reaches the temperature set and it could be stuffy if staying in the room for long time
