Had a great time at Movenpick Phu Quoc! Although hotel is not the most convenient location wise to most attractions in Phu Quoc, but taxis/Grabs are not expensive, so not an issue getting around from place to place. Villa was spacious, clean and very big! Hotel staff were all very helpful and kind to attend to our needs as well. Though in terms of food quality (breakfast + Chocolate Hour), it definitely is just average, despite there being a large spread. But still had a great time, and the villa made it very worthwhile!

We stayed in Villa 18 and it was very spacious, the villa is clean and inside but a bit garbage on our front walk way, the pool is nice but the chairs are not very clean with leaves and sands.

The location is close to Northern Phu Quoc- require some distance to travel there. Room is decent on ground floor- next to shared pool. Hotel has really good facilities, beach & pooo views. There was a little 🎂 on my birthday from the hotel though we had to remind them. Hotel is very strict with lending umbrellas for some reason and had to fill in a paper form which is a hassle.

1. Hot water problem On the first night, the hot water lasted for less than one hour. After the first shower, the following showers only had cold water. I immediately called the front desk, and your staff arranged a technician to repair it. However, the problem was not solved even after two repairs. The technician told me to wait, but my family still had to shower with lukewarm or cold water. Although the situation slightly improved later, the hot water was never fully reliable. For the entire five days, we had to rush through showers due to this issue. 2. Housekeeping practice (on the third morning) On the third morning, while we went for breakfast, the housekeeping staff entered our villa and cleaned the room without our permission, even though we had not placed any “Do Not Disturb” or ‘ Cleam my room’ sign. I didn’t suppose they will enter my room as I had not secured my personal belongings and valuables. Even worse, they removed and disposed of five empty bottles that I had placed in the kitchen area. These bottles were my personal items, not garbage, and they were taken away without my consent. This practice was both shocking and unacceptable for a resort of your level. 3. Inconsistent and unhelpful service (late check-out request) My other 2 of my friend. who were also staying at your resort, were able to successfully request a late check-out on last day. However, when I called the front desk to make the same request, the staff member on the phone refused and was unwilling to explain why. I had to argue with him, and his attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Later, when I went to the reception in person, another staff member immediately agreed to allow me half an hour of late check-out without any issue. This inconsistency in service, combined with the poor attitude of the staff member on the phone, left me very frustrated and disappointed. For a resort of Mövenpick’s standard, I would expect clear policies and professional communication, not contradictory answers that depend on which staff member I speak to. These issues caused great inconvenience and disappointment during my stay. I chose Mövenpick expecting comfort, professionalism, and high-quality service, but my experience did not meet these standards. I kindly request that you investigate these matters and provide an explanation, apology, or appropriate compensation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your reply..

Overall good service and a nice resort. Just a little issue with the toilet trap clogging.

位於富國島北部，機場過去大約35分鐘，提早一天接送服務。酒店好大，都算新同乾淨，房間一出就可以直達泳池，有私人沙灘好好，仲有公園playhouse。早餐都有好多選擇，唔錯既！去珍珠樂園，大世界，動物園都好近！整體來講，性價比高！

빌라에서 묵었습니다. 가족에게 적합한 숙소입니다. 수영장은 넓고 이용자가 적어 쾌적합니다. 조식이 괜찮습니다.

Villa 環境非常好，但距離市區比較遠

泳池超靓,適合渡假

酒店房間衛生乾淨，海景房景觀很美麗（但房內和露台都有點臭味）露台可以欣賞日落，酒店泳池很大，可以乘坐5分鐘buggy 去私人沙灘，沙灘乾淨，早餐選擇很少，味道一般，地理位置非常不方便，要call車大約20分鐘左右才可去到市中心。下次還是住中部方便，不會再入住 ！

酒店地方超大，要離開酒店範圍必須開車。 服務員的服務態度很好，十分有禮貌。 早餐質素高，每天都吃得超飽。

我們是住villa三房，酒店有專屬apps處理房間各種問題，無論服務，速度，叫車，房間叫晚餐等都非常好。

富國島瑞享別墅和公寓酒店位於翁蘭海灘，環境優美，設施完善，私人泳池別墅設計典雅，適合家庭及度假旅客。酒店提供海景及湖景客房，餐飲選擇豐富，服務親切，營造舒適的熱帶度假氛圍。然而，房間內昆蟲問題較嚴重，即使多次要求清潔仍未能徹底解決，影響入住體驗。整體而言，若能改善衛生管理，會是更理想的住宿選擇。
