Расположение отеля прекрасное, прямо на пляже, номера премиум стоят перед пляжем, вид из номера на море. Вся инфраструктура в 5 мин ходьбы, даже магазин кинг конг. Пляж хороший, не идеально чистый, но терпимо, лежаки доступны, много зелени на пляже , всегда есть тень. Пляж длинный, можно гулять вдоль него, есть бары неподалёку, и на пляже и в сторону города. Номера премиум очень просторные, убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день! Душ в санузле отличный, правда немного неухоженый. Очень рады, что выбрали этот отель, хотя очень сомневались из-за низкого рейтинга, он оказался недостоверным

The worst hotel..thanks to trip.com for suggestion. Lizards, leaking walls , bathroom smelly rooms.

Khách sạn quá xuống cấp, nhân viên kĩ thuật nói chuyện với khách khó chịu, nạt nộ. Lễ tân thì nhiệt tình. Nhưng nói chung không có lần sau ghé lại.

Ok with the prices... there is blackout during my stay and cause the tv not functioning...I can't watch movie 😩 😫 😭 😢 😕 😪 😩... just beside the beach but the view not that good...

리조트는 좁은 골목길 안으로 들어와야 찾을 수 있고 리조트 입구쪽에 묘지가 있어 기분이 찝찝했음. 건물은 많이 낡아보이나 직원들이 친절하고 비치를 끼고 있어 한적하게 보내기엔 좋은듯함.

Bad ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5) Unfortunately, my stay at Arcadia Phu Quoc Resort was far from what I had hoped. The rooms are very old, and the entire complex desperately needs updating. The staff were not helpful, and I encountered serious security concerns—the resort had public access to the beach, which felt unsafe. Our in-room safe was broken, and the bathroom was extremely dated and poorly maintained. Even with discounts, I would strongly advise against staying here. There are far better options on the island. Definitely not recommended.

On a réservé une chambre supérieure deluxe pour 5 jours et l’entrée à la chambre était sale, ciment brisé sur les murs, la chambre elle même sentait le moisi, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien et il faisait très humide ce soir là. Les interrupteurs à moitié arrachés et il ne semblait pas avoir d’avertisseur de monoxyde de carbone. La peinture était dégueulasse et la chambre était loin de ce qui était montré sur l’annonce. Le ventilateur était tellement sale qu’il n’était pas question de l’utiliser. On n’a même pas couché là tellement c’était malpropre; j’avais bien peur de voir l’endroit de jour. Agoda a refusé notre avis donc encore moins un remboursement. La dame au comptoir ne voulait rien savoir non plus. On a pris des photos et Agoda a refusé de les voir.

This is a very basic resort. I found my bungalow (second from the front by the beach- no.2 I think) to be clean and comfortable. Yes, the whole resort needs a lot of work and they could do with cleaning the area leading to the beach a bit more often but for the money you pay, you are literally 10 paces from a clean and beautiful beach- you can’t really ask for more than that! There are local bars, restaurants and spas within a few minutes walk. The daily room cleaning isn’t really cleaning- they change the bins and towels, sweep the floor and remake the beds. I’m sure that if you asked them to properly clean, I’m sure they would. They organised to send my laundry out for 25k per kg. There is a little beach bar when you can get freshly made juices and smoothies (as well as alcoholic drinks) for a very reasonable amount. You can also get a massage on the beach (I didn’t try this but it looked good!) or do a range of water sports (a bit on the expensive side imo). If they invested in the buildings and infrastructure a bit more, it would be superb. The location is perfect. But I bet if they did, it would be double the price to stay there!

This was the worst place possible to stay. Yes it’s beach front but that was the only thing going for it. We stayed one night and found somewhere else to stay that was a lot safer and cleaner. The room I was given the shower was rusted and hardly worked, the tap had not been cleaned since being installed, the stairs to the decking were wrought iron and very unsafe. Would not recommend and can’t understand how it has a 3 star rating.

My stay at the Arcadia was perfect, it had everything that I was looking for and that was being right on the beach and enjoying the beautiful blew water and golden sand! The hotel isn't luxury or 5*, however is very clean, the staff cannot do enough for you and everything you need they are more than happy to help! Wifi is good, super-easy to get about the resort, fresh bottled water provided daily, clean towels and bedding and room cleaning. I'm already booked to go back and very much looking forward to enjoying the relaxation of Arcadia.
