超大既 fitness center 設備新, 又完善, 游泳池又舒服, 房間空間夠大 唯獨酒店既大毛巾有味, 比較舊, 希望酒店有所改善

1. 위치 - 큰 도로 근처에 없고 살짝 골목 깊숙한 곳에 있음. -＞ 근처에 편의점이 없고 제일 가까운 편의점이 1km인가 ? 떨어져 있어서 호텔에서 뭐 먹을게 필요하면 미리 사서 들어와야 됨. -＞ 또 다른 단점으로는 택시 잡는게 쪼금 시간이 걸림... - 호텔 보다는 독채빌라 느낌으로 작은 마을 같은 느낌. -＞ 아무래도 위치 상 굉장히 조용하고 쉬기에는 정말 좋음 2. 청결 및 시설 - 수영장 굉장히 깨끗함. 매일 아침에 커피 한잔하면서 보면 몇 시간씩 청소하고 계심. - 내부에 바도 있고 식당도 있음. 사실 상 밖에 나갈 필요도 없을 정도로 인프라는 다 갖춰짐. 3. 서비스 - 일단 사람들이 굉장히 친절함 - 보증금 느낌으로 체크인할 때 3천바트 내야되는데 현금이 부족한 사람은 카드 결제도 되긴함. -＞ 이 보증금으로 룸서비스 결제도 되긴하고 또 현금으로 해야지 바로 환급이 됨. (카드는 시간이 쫌 걸리다고 하네요..) 4. 최종 - 전체적으로 대만족 ! 바로 옆에 편의점만 있었으면 그냥 무조건 예약해야되는 최상급 호텔임 !! - 특히 커플들 당장 추천 ! 무조건 예약하세요 !

沐浴毛巾很舊，家庭優閒，不建議訂這酒店。

This is our 2nd time in this resort. We returned to thia resort this year because we had a positive experience last year. This time, we noticed that there are signs of wear and tear in the 2-bedroom suite. Although the bath towels are cleaned but they are old, brownish, and torn at the edges. The hotel could have replaced these old towels with newer ones. Such old towels can be used as floor rags rather than bath towels in a resort with 5 star facilities. The wear and tear in the suite can be seen in drawer tracks and the door hinges of the wardrobe, but the facilities technicians were quick and responsive to our requests to fix the drawer tracks and door hinges. The Mai Tai alcoholic drink at Cica (Lounge) was too diluted and there was hardly any taste of alcohol compared the Mai Tai we had last year. I love the resort facilities and hope the resort can improve its bath towel standards and review the condition of its suite amenities

The Best resort in Thailand for fitness people. Fitness center is a state of the art three storey building. At pool bar you can have organic, vegetarian and vegan meals with calories and fat indication. Pools are amazing and staff out of standard. We'll come again and again

Good facilities and good place for vacation. Though location is a little out of the way

酒店環境，設施，服務都沒得説，跟頂級，第一天到的時候，就想泡酒店，不想出門，酒店還有免費的健身房，巨大，放在國內都算頂級健身房，對於健身人士很友好了 酒店的早餐也很豐富，非常滿意的一次住宿體驗

We have been to this hotel several times, and every time we booked a villa room. We liked it before, but this time will be the last time. Now the hotel smells of ********* and ***** everywhere, which is not in line with the health hotel. Second, the hotel does not welcome children. We swam in the private pool of our villa room at 3pm and 4pm in the afternoon. In the broad daylight, we were constantly complained about. There was no music, no alcohol, no *****, only the sound of children laughing. The hotel was very rude, just because they disturbed those foreigners who took *****? ? Since they don’t welcome children and Phuket locals, they will also help promote it, so that Phuket locals will never bring their children to this hotel, and we will not go there again. The Filipino employee at the counter, I called her and asked her, who did we disturb in the broad daylight? She actually said that I had a bad attitude, and I yelled at her, my God? 真的很好，離makro很近，買東西方便，健身房超級大也涼快，前台服務特別好，打車方便，但是衹住了一晚上，下次還回來

泳池比想像中細。而且泳池很容易刮損皮膚做功很粗糙。客廳有家的感覺。

We’ve stayed here several times already. It’s the best hotel in this area.

Отличный отель, хороший персонал, красивая и чистая территория отеля, номера хорошие. Единственное что стоит учитывать его расположение, по близости мало чего интересного, к счастью рядом с отелем можно арендовать мопед, а так же от отеля есть транспорт до пляжей
