Phuket Leelavadee Hua Ting Resort

The hotel itself is nice, with a clean and pleasant environment. It's also conveniently located with a 7-Eleven just across the street. However, the location can be quite difficult to find — most Bolt drivers struggled to locate it. During the first two days of our stay, we experienced something unsettling. Despite placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, we noticed signs that someone had used the toilet in my friend's room — there was used toilet paper in the bowl, and the curtains were drawn open, even though my friend had left them closed. Thankfully, nothing was missing from the room. We reported it to the management, and the manager checked the CCTV footage but claimed that no one had entered the room. It was a disturbing experience, to say the least. That said, aside from this incident, the hotel offers a comfortable and tidy atmosphere. With some improvements to security and clarity around guest privacy, it would be a much better experience overall.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location of that hotel is perfect, you can go to the beach for 5-7 minutes by foot, enough choice of cafes near the hotel, also you can go to the big shopping center for 30 minutes. That hotel territory is beautiful and clean everywhere. Beautiful trees and blooming flowers are inside and birds sing songs, butterflies fly and we even could see a squirrel on palm trees. Food is good, it’s not so big choice of dishes for European people but it’s enough for breakfast, you always find fried eggs, scrambled eggs ,fruit and vegetables and good coffee from coffee machine, tea and water . Also always croissants and waffles or pancakes. They have enough choice of Asian cuisine. I want to express my graduate to the hotel staff, especially Aun, Nong and Bua . These girls are always helped to us and gave us a good advice to visit another wonderful beach . We did it by taxi and we enjoyed it. The rooms are specious and clean . Each room has balcony and comfortable chairs with small table there. Cleaning was good and every day . You don’t need to worry about shampoo,shower gel, teeth brush and toothpaste , vanity kit , they will be in your bathroom. This hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool. It's an old place, but the staff was very nice. It's pretty noisy because of nearby bars, so try not to book a corner room. The pool is pretty small, but it's not bad. The gym is a decent size, and they have saunas and shower rooms right outside of the gym. Breakfast was OK. There were a variety of people from around the world, and most of the guests were Chinese, probably because it is a Chinese owned hotel. There were also a lot of kids. Outside of the hotel you can find a taxi service, and the hotel is a short walk to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this place unless you can find a similar one with a better price. The one thing that turned me off from this hotel was that one day, I was woken up by a woman screaming. I thought it was my neighbor byt my gf said no, it sounds further away. I went out on the balcony to see where the screaming was coming from. She sounded like she was being beaten. I heard the screaming coming from a room below, so I went downstairs and banged on the door. No staff came. Nobody else bothered coming out into the hallway until I banged in the door. A man answered, and there was a woman with him She was unharmed. No bruises or marks. She was just crazy. I calmed her down and handled the situation myself. The man said sorry and shook my hand. Still, no staff showed up. A woman in the hallway thanked me for dealing with it. The woman who was screaming could be heard throughout the entire resort. Still, no staff. I was surprised because there were a few pretty big men on staff, but still, nobody came. If it was serious, someone could have easily been killed there. I'm shocked that so many men are such cowards. When I banged on the door, 2 men from the room next door finally came out, and I told them it's ok. Such cowards.

A very great stay but was cut short because of the power outage. I will still put five stars because of the quality of service.

Amazing experience with staff and stay. The only problem we had was the big towels looked like they had stains on them.

First floor rooms smell not good. Window view not good.
