Second time here at Intercontinental Phuket and I’m still in awe. The resort is spacious, clean and filled with amenities and deserves the luxurious status. During our stay this time, we had some issues with the room but received exceptional hospitality. The manager on duty was prompt in communication and personally attended to our queries and provided us with a very fair solution. Can’t praise the hospitality and service enough at Intercontinental. The breakfast buffett and in-room dining are exceptional too. Will visit again.

Everything was perfect. It was my favorite memory of my trip to Phuket, and I'm really glad I stayed here. The atmosphere of the entire facility, the atmosphere of the rooms, and everything in there were wonderful. Although I don't speak much English, I was able to spend my time there without feeling any inconvenience due to the courteous customer service. Every time I walked around the facility, a staff member asked me where I wanted to go and if I wanted to ride a buggy, and they helped me out. The rice was also very delicious and looked stylish. I would definitely stay there again. I really recommend it.

Our room was clean and neat. We were amazed at how fast they cleaned the room when we left for breakfast and went out for some activities. The staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. They made us feel v welcomed. We loved the room, the pool, the seaview (right in front of the pool) and it also caters to Muslims as halal food was served during breakfast. It was nice that we managed to capture the sunset. However , the only drawback is its distance away from the town but they have a free shuttle to and fro so not to worry. Overall, we loved it and highly recommended to stay at the resort!

We are a having a beach room, though it is on second roll, we still able to enjoy seaview, very tranquil environment. The room is very spacious, exceed our expectation!! Food is delicious at Marisa Terrace Restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The private beach is very quiet, since only house guests have access, no outside people. If you like gardening, you will enjoy the greenery work, every single corner is well designed and the vegetation is carefully selected, plus a lot of artistic decoration is sophisticated arranged. If you like traditional craft work, pay a visit to Craft Thive gift shop, you will find a lot of high quality craft work from Thailand and other countries, the friendly shop MD is very knowledgeable and patience, he will tell you the story behind each craft work. Lastly, I would like to thanks all the staffs for their hospitality services, especially Tiffy at reception, she help to organized our breakfast boxes very early in the morning as we have days trips need to leave hotel before dawn.

The staffs were all very friendly and helpful, their service was also very fast, easy to call taxi from the receptionist. The view from our room was very beautiful and calming, the location was at an uphill but it's a walking distance to convenience store and motorbike rental.

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay was a memorable pre-birthday celebration with family. The individual swimming pool in our room provided a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. The service is good, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the mixologist-crafted drinks at the Infiniti Lobby Bar, dining at the Latitude 98 and indulged in rejuvenating massages at the Zana Spa. Overall, a fantastic choice for a luxurious getaway with excellent amenities and service.

The Marin Phuket provided us with a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. We originally planned to stay at Twin Palms but decided last minute to stay at The Marin Phuket, and we were pleased with our decision. The hotel did not disappoint. They offer two bars with 50% off during happy hours, and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar for its stunning views and delicious BBQ. They also provide shuttle service to both Surin Beach and Kamala Beach, or you can easily walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. The hotel features two swimming pools with beautiful lighting at night, perfect for capturing great photos. They also surprised my husband with a birthday cake. Which will be a core memory. Thank you. We highly recommend The Marin Phuket to anyone looking to visit Kamala Beach. It offers a peaceful escape from the crowds while still being conveniently close to town.

This hotel certainly does not deserve the claimed 5 stars. On the positive side, it's conveniently located near the beach, has a lovely green area, and offers a decent breakfast. On the downside, the price is inflated, and the room was noisy, bordering a street with bars that were loud until 3 a.m. Unfortunately, they couldn't change our room, and we could barely sleep during our 8-day stay. In addition, the soundproofing was poor—we could hear every noise from the neighbors. The rooms are in bad condition, with a broken shower, an old toilet, and a not-so-clean bathroom (bad smell from the water and sewage). Sadly, this is not a place we would recommend for a future trip.

Though it is nice to stay quiet however, the place have less choice for food and the overall cleanliness not so satisfactory for the price we paid. The place is quiet and kind of private. The buggy service to Kamala beach is provided free up to only 7pm, should have extended time at least up to 11pm. Food choice I would say no, as the same menu served for all breakfast, lunch n dinner. I was upset on the choice of food

Pros: Checked into a one bedroom villa with three kids, not all hotels allow this. Quite spacious villa (beachfront pool villa). Large pool. Large area of the villa itself.
