Location was great to visit Pingyao. Room was fine, and Chinese breakfast was good. The owner was very helpful and can pick you up/drop off from/to the train station.

Lovely little boutique hotel in Ping Yao
Location is great, 100m off a Main Street.
Large traditional style room with comfy bed and great shower.
Hosts were excellent, had a vinegar tasting with them, breakfast was good and they included a train station drop off for us. Highly recommended

Very nice little hotel. Perfect location near the South Gate. Extremely friendly staff. Fantastic value for money. Transport to and from the high-speed railway station is included. They give us discount vouchers to use in a great restaurant and offer us samples of the famous local vinegar. Don’t miss this place.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. The hosts are super nice and welcoming. Breakfast was just a bun and no cleaning service. Location is very good

We chose the place because of the smart room layout, but the place just exceeded expectations in many ways, mainly because of the great host and the services provided. Top location next to the busiest street in the town, but in the alley that is very quiet. Good interesting breakfast. Comfortable, zoned room - feels even better than in the pictures. The host was able to meet us at the station on short notice, which is very convenient, given that the speed train station is rather far from the ancient city. Overall, it was a great stay.

Located really close by the gate, the hotel has a extremely good location and plenty of space to park a car in front of it.
The owner treat you are you are part of their family. Even thought they don’t actually speak English, they can communicate with English speakers. They know some words, they mimic, they use the phone to translate, they draw… they make a great effort to communicate.
Sinceriously, I felt like I was in my home in China. If I were their niece or something.
It was a good experience.

The room was beyond expectation and very comfortable. The service was good and considerate. The breakfast made by the hostess was very good, especially the buns. It was clean and hygienic.
