Overall excellent stay The pool facilities are excellent. The room service and Restaurant service needs improvement. Too much time is taken for any order to be delivered. The rooms are magnificent and very well maintained. Food is delicious.

I had booked for 4 nights on 21st to 25th May. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip on 20th due to very heavy rains, red alert issued by IMD. We had come till Kolhapur, but we were informed about traffic issues dues to water logging also flights were diverted. We had seen videos of water logging on highways. It was not safe to drive. When i contacted property, they simply told me as per their rules cancellation is allowed only 14 days in advance. I tried to tell them about extra ordinary circumstances and safety issues, they were fixated on their rule. My request for, If, not refund, then try to provide credit in future was also overlooked. There was single mail reply. I tried to reply but no further communication. I could not reach any higher authority. Makemytrip also just conveyed their message and no further communication from their side. It was complete loss of my payment for no fault of mine. Very sad experience.

Enjoyed the stay. Lovely hospitality. Kind people. Great buffet. I was with my one yr old. The staff especially Deepti made sure we are taken care off. They made food which could be enjoyed by my child. Happy mom means happy vacation. We played alot at the pool. While checking in some issues did happen. We were delayed. Our room keys didn't work. But then it was sorted

The food was good and hospitaitop notch . Chef shubhdeep was polite and friendly . Ambience was pretty great and calm had great time here with family… must visit place to explore offbeat goa … we had really great time . Recommend chef’s cheese omelette
