C’est un hôtel qui est situé sur la plage de Palolem directement, avec une très jolie vue, vous avez la possibilité de manger sur la plage vous avez également des transats pour vous reposer. Vous avez un bar à l’intérieur et vous avez également des petites maisons à l’arrière au deuxième niveau par rapport à la plage. Concert le soir de temps entends, bonne ambiance

its nice place on the beach, great staff and good stay, We will come here again and again its nice peaceful place and very low music also in the restaurant, there are many place are loud music and this place has a chilled vibe, food we did not try here but in our next visit for sure.

nice resort on the beach, staff is also very nice here, a peaceful area on the beach, most family are here, very clean beach and most important is food here, we loved the local fish and tandoori dishes, wi fi was also fast and they have own parking also, pool table is

The room is pretty cheap quality specially the one facing beach, they only have a bed, a cupboard, a table and a nonfunctional AC in their room- nothing else. Electricity is not there in this resort most of the time and when you complain to staff they become arrogant. Some how they manage to get electricity for their restaurant though. Plus to reach this resort is very complicated and through a stinky passage. Hygiene is an alien word for them. Also, they can ask you in middle of night to vacate the property if they want to accommodate owner’s friend which is what they did with us and gave us reason that we complained a lot about their property. Fortunately we got a room next to this property in middle of the night. Bathroom have very little light and you feel as if they were a ******* place. So in all recommended if you really want to ruin your trip. The only positive part though is the sunset view but it’s nature and no contribution of the property or people managing it.

Second stay at this place & very disappointed with the second visit the shore has gone downhill on check in we had mouldy pillows so asked to change , given large one with no pillow covers & make up on , we locked ourselves out of the room staff had no spare key so they broke the lock leaving us with our door unlocked for three days third night sounded like staff under our balcony drunk & noisy making dogs bark , no cleaning done although we asked they failed to clean over the three night stay & told us it was our fault because we did not ask the cleaner we had asked numerous staff & the cleaner will never again stay at the shore

Spent every evening here to watch the sunset and have either a meal or drink. Service was faultless and welcoming every time. Kartik in particular gave an excellent service, extremely friendly and professional.

Not worth it at all. No water in the washroom for 18hrs. The owner was very rude. No manners to talk to females. The staff was misleading. After water complaints constantly making fake commitments about water issue solutions. Till the check out time there is no water and when asked for refund, owner rudely saying you should leave this property after water issue complaint you raised, and could have refunded you fully. Very rude, no professionalism, fraud and liar. Do not book this property if you going there to enjoy beach peacefully. They going to messed with your mental peace.

Great food and great service from Kartik. The tuna was amazing and a good price for fresh catch. The beach setting was lovely, even when it rained we could sit under cover and enjoy the beach and great food. Would recommend here if you’re going to Palolem beach

Although our visit was during off season I still expected a certain level of service which was not apparent which is a shame. We had a room at the front which was the main reason for staying and the view did not disappoint. On the run up to our stay I had messaged the property a couple of times but it had taken over a day for them to get back to me. On arrival I attempted to pay using my card but couldn't as their machine did not accept international card. I was told I could go to an ATM in the next town but refused as I would get charged and could only take out £100 at a time, the stay was more. I asked several times about paying but felt the English understanding was not great. I did worry about this as was going to be checking out at 7 am one morning and did not want any delays. However on the last night they brought someone from another hotel who I paid using their cash machine. All a bit odd for a resort catering for international tourists. On our first morning we were going on a tour and wanted breakfast, however I was told the chef was sleeping and would not be there until 9:30 so we went elsewhere. There was no fridge in the room and no ice available on the property. I can see this being a good resort during high season but we should still receive a certain service if they are willing to take out money. From the main road to reception is quite a walk and I never had any assistance with our cases despite it just being myself and young son. When leaving, likewise, there was no one around so I just left my key on the desk and struggled with our cases to the road. The male staff all seemed very young and I wasn't quite sure who was in charge. One of them I saw at night from the balcony hurting and kicking one of the resorts dogs on the beach which really left a bad taste.
