The Hotel was excellent, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and had a good selection to suit all dietary requirements. Breakfast was served up to 11:00am so even late risers had time for breakfast. The breakfast staff were very good and attentive. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were comfortable if a little on the small side but more than adequate for a three night stay. The location was a little out of the way for most of the tourist sites and not too many restaurants or bars were close by. Trams were very close by if you didn't want the initial walk to get somewhere. We didn't use them as we wanted to get our step counter working and we did get a lot of steps in. I would recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness, friendliness and the excellent breakfast

서비스도 좋았고. 친절해서 기분 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗했으나 세면대 배수가 잘 안되서 불편했어요. 트램정류장 버스정류장이 가까이에 있어서 편했고, 슈퍼도 가까워요. 조식도 맛있었어요.

每次來捷克都住這裏，離市中心有段距離，早餐自助有三文魚，很豐盛。大門左轉街上銀行旁邊有超市。這邊大床都是雙單人拼的

房間比較乾淨就是設計很讓人不解，床頭沒有插頭，但是交通比較方便，不過感覺不能算上四星頂多是個經濟型酒店

Another lovely stay. The rooms are well equipped and clean, the bed is very comfortable. Lovely views on the balcony. Breakfast is all tasty and lots of choice. The location is great as is in the new town and quieter but a short distance on the tram to the busier areas. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you again!

Hôtel propre, bien situé et avec un petit déjeuner bien copieux

We enjoyed an excellent stay in this lovely hotel close to the centre of Prague. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of food available, including a large number of healthy options

Cuando llegamos había tremendo calor,y nos dijeron que abriéramos las ventanas,eso es irrespetuoso,porque yo renté la habitación con aire acondicionado y ellos dicen que el hotel es ecológico y por eso lo tenían apagado,al final lo pusieron ,pero eso es una falta de respeto,si dice con aire acondicionado,tiene que tenerlo porque yo lo pagué de esa forma

Fiquei em quarto com duas camas de solteiro, no mais tudo excelente ! Café da manhã muito bom, muita coisa saudável !! A água saborosa da da recepção

Chambres et parties communes très propres. Petit déjeuner copieux Environ 1.5/2km pour rejoindre la place de la vieille ville à pied soit une 20ene de minutes (tout dépend des facultés de marche). Seul bémol : le bruit des trams qui passent régulièrement devant l'hôtel.

Always reliable, we have kept going back for 30 years. It is well placed near Charles Square in Nove Mesto, close to the Metro and tram systems, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff are very efficient and friendly, going out of their way to help. If you like a buffet breakfast, you won't be disappointed, with a range of hot and cold dishes, plenty of healthy options, and beaming smiles from the two ladies who keep the restaurant running so smoothly. Rooms vary according to price but all are comfortable with good facilities. There is also a very strong green ethos, so no fiddly little bottles of toiletries, just big sizes of nice quality products so no waste.

An excellent hotel option for easy access to most parts of Prague centre. Nice and quiet location despite tram services being nearby. A friendly and welcoming team and good breakfast options. Drinking and dining options are within easy reach. Rooms are clean, well equipped and warm (outdoor temperatures were well below freezing during our stay).

Meme si la salle de bain n’est pas d’avant garde, c’était propre et fonctionnel. L’accueil excellent, la literie impeccable, bien chauffé, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Situation idéale pour visiter Prague Mention spéciale à l’accueil

Funnily enough, the pillows were very fluffy, and the duvet. We had a lovely cityscape view, with the castle in the background. Great location, for walking and public transport. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, we had a great stay.Great location
