She stayed in touch with us throughout our trip, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and offering thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our experience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The service across the board was attentive and professional, but Jeanee’s personal touch really made our stay feel extra special. The hot springs are an incredible feature! There were several to choose from with ranging temperatures! We would highly recommend HUALUXE Kunming to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on our next trip"
