Hotel rooms are dated and becoming tired On arrival our welcome was a rushed with little direction to rooms or facilities. However with a room beginning with 3 we worked our 3rd floor and found our room still dragging our suitcases. The room was clean and welcoming but it was a shame to still see bath and showers combo outdated. Pool needs complete renovation we never used it once and went to the beach 5 min walk. Food and drinks was of a high standard staff were professional and attentive. Don’t book the geek restaurant it’s a local venue not in the hotel please see trip advisor reviews it very bad so we cancelled the booking whilst telling the receptionist why and to inform his higher may of the trip advisor comments. After dodging a bullet we stayed in the main restaurant where the food was excellent.

Just leaving the hotel after a lovely 2 week stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an excellent choice of food for all. The room was clean and nice. Pool area kept clean and no problem getting a sunbed plus excellent location for the beach. Maybe entertainment in the evening could be improved but on saying that the hotel is based in the middle of the outside entertainment which there is plenty of. Would highly recommend. We will be back !!

Returned to the Odessa with my friend for 2 weeks in May. We both had a fabulous holiday. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. Drinks were always flowing. We couldn't fault the staff especially David and Raffi in the Restaurant, Filip, Hasan and Chris the assistant Manager, every member of staff went out of their way to help you. Hotel is located near to all the Bars, shops and bus stops. Hotel was clean and tidy and the cleaners were always working hard to keep it that way.

We were invited to lunch with our friend Jimmy Crooks to sample the buffet at Odessa whilst staying at a different hotel and were very warmly welcomed by the restaurant manager and staff. There was a fantastic variety of food available and Andreas the chef brought us two cheesecakes which he specially made during our visit. Lovely clean and bright restaurant area with fantastic staff! Whilst not staying at this hotel, we could very highly recommend the food and would certainly consider staying in the future!

Another good holiday at the Odessa,our second home for over 30 years. Extensive food choices throughout the day & if nothing tickles your fancy then chef Andreas will cook you something else. Hotel is in a great position for the beach and the jetty for boat trips and other restaurants and bars. Sometimes the music in the day can be too loud & needs to be in line with the clientele. Only my personal opinion of course. All in all something must be good to keep returning. See you all soon.

My hubby and i just returned from this hotel after 14 days there. The food is nice but repetitive,we had evening meal out 7 times. Reception staff lovely,lobby bar staff great. Fab location which is just as well as entertainment in evening very poor. Housekeeping much too late for us as we go back room 1,30ish to chill out of afternoon sun. I would return to oddessa as above snags just personal preferences.

Great hotel which is local to all amenities. Beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away. Booked half board but hotel very accommodating i.e. you could swap a meal from evening meal to lunch . Also with the timing of arrival and missing an evening meal offered a free lunch during the holiday to compensate. Wide selection of food to choose from covering up to 4 courses with evening meal. All staff (management, reception, catering/ restaurant, and domestic) friendly and couldn't do enough to help to ensure holiday was relaxing and enjoyable. Room cleaned on a daily basis. Pool and surroundings very clean. Room met our requirements. Reported 2 issues (not the hotels fault) and both were attended to in a timely manner without need to chase up. The only disappointment was the evening entertainment which could be improved on but bars were close by that had alternative acts on. Would definitely stay there again.

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία στο Odessa Beach Hotel Περάσαμε όμορφα στο ξενοδοχείο, με τέλεια τοποθεσία δίπλα στη θάλασσα και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, αν και η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένη. Μεγάλη εντύπωση μας έκανε το φαγητό. Ο σεφ πραγματικά ξεχώρισε — όλα τα πιάτα ήταν προσεγμένα, γευστικά και φτιαγμένα με μεράκι. Το πρωινό είχε πολλές επιλογές και γενικά μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από την κουζίνα. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του Πορτάρα, όλα ήταν υπέροχα περάσαμε τέλεια 5 βράδια..αυτό π μας έκανε εντύπωση στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν το φαγητό Πλούσιο πρωινό.. άψογο μεσημεριανό κ θεαματικές βραδιές.. παρα πολύ νόστιμα όλα ... Ο Σεφ εξυπηρετικός.. σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε.. ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα

Friendly & helpful staff from the reception staff to waiters and caterers. We received a warm welcome every evening from Head Waiter David & his team. Good selection of food and drink options. Only slight negative was the carpets in the corridor to the rooms were stained all the way down, and our bedroom, whilst clean, smelt like stale cigarettes and the bathrooms are in need of an upgrade.

Hotel and our room were beautiful and clean, food excellent, staff very helpful, friendly and polite, only slight fault were sunbeds a little uncomfortable otherwise a perfect holiday

We recently stayed at this incredible hotel and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, the hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, and every single person working there made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. what was beyond expectations for us was the exceptional care and attention given to our son, who is allergic to gluten and dairy. Travelling with a 4-year-old with these allergies can be incredibly stressful, but this hotel made it completely stress-free. The chef, Andreas, went above and beyond every single day. He personally met with us to go over every meal, showed us exactly what was safe for our son, and made sure he had options he would enjoy. If our little one didn’t like something, Andreas would kindly find or make an alternative—he even made sure he had his own special ice cream and sweets! Michallis from the restaurant was also amazing—always smiling, always helpful, and he would immediately call the chef when he saw us to ensure everything was taken care of. To be honest all staff in general!!! There was nobody with bad faces The entire staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. The food was absolutely delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere relaxed and luxurious at the same time. We cannot thank the team enough for making this such a special and stress-free holiday for our family. This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations—we will definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone we know!

Just returned from another wonderful 2 weeks stay at the Odessa. From check in to check out we were taken care of with high standards of service. Most comment on the location which is excellent, the rooms a clean and well kept, the food is good although after 2 weeks feels somewhat repetitive. Big shout out to the amazing Koulla, David and their teams and new general manager Chris for the service they provide. The hotel is in need of some love with issues here and there; a lick of paint is needed compared to similar hotels in the resort, but wouldn’t stop me from returning again and again. Some new sun-beds with cushions would be great in 2026. All in all a great stay and cannot wait to get back to Protaras

I stay in odessa for 10 days The hotel is amazing ,the rooms are clean every single day and the food is amazing every day is a new menu , they have 2 restaurants one for the breakfast and lunch others for the dinner Very friendly people Thank you very much Odessa hotel to make my holiday
