"Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. An der Rezeption habe ich einige interessante Tipps zur Umgebung und meiner geplanten Weiterreise bekommen. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Hier hat man sich viel Zeit genommen uns die Gerichte zu erklären und eine passende Auswahl zu empfehlen. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend. Schade, dass wir nur 1 Nacht geblieben sind. Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich abgelegen und hoch auf einem Berg gelegen. Die kürzeste Auffahrt aus Richtung Lugano ist sehr steil, mit vielen und riskanten Wendungen. Einfacher ist die Auffahrt aus Richtung Menaggio."

Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies!

"The studio was located in the old town, 9 mins away by feet from the Saint Mary Assunta Cathedral and 12 mins away by feet from the ferries' piers. Self check in was possible (though I was offline, so opted for standard check in). Great staff. The studio was spacious, clean, with all the amenities I needed. Bed and pillows were very compfy. Wifi was available for free. Self check out was simple."

CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️

CCheungMichelleMy daughter and I had a splendid stay at the Palace Hotel Lake Como, which is a historic and elegant property on the lakefront. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Como Cathedral and the charming old town. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, with an open and lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, even with smoked salmon for breakfast, coffee was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Como!

GGuest UserA beautiful practical hotel that met our needs. The breakfast was filling and wholesome, kept us full all day! (It might have been nice to change up a little e.g having boiled eggs/ omelette instead of simple scrambled eggs, especially for those of us with a halal diet and therefore some limited options) everything was perfect in terms of room size, daily housekeeping, lovely toilet and shower. It would be nice to have an iron in the room, although perhaps if I had requested it, there might have been one I could use. Also would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room for a late night hot drink. But these are small suggestions for improvement, otherwise we had a wonderful, comfortable stay in the perfect location. I would return to this b&b as well as their other branches due to the exceptional care and hospitality!

Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

GGuest Usermy wife and I visited the hotel during winter. It was not crowded and we were the only ones who had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The food is good.
what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.

GGuest UserI love this place for its location near a huge forest great for running and cycling - even on a freezing winter morning! It was a good price, well organised, friendly staff and very clean. It is away from most things near an industrial estate but I chose it for the proximity to the forest and all the trails there :) It was also a simple walk to a small town with pizza and some basics. I didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive and was too busy running ;)
