怡人海酒店入住體驗極差！避雷！避雷！避坑！避坑！這次入住怡人海酒店的經歷堪稱噩夢，必須給大家提個醒。先説衞生問題，一進房間衞生間就飄來刺鼻的下水道異味。這種味道在早上，尤為明顯，大概率是地漏存水彎乾涸或管道密封不嚴導致的。我們檢查了地漏，發現毛髮纏繞，明顯是日常清潔不到位。更糟糕的是樓上的營業的桌球廳。從晚上八點到凌晨三點半，桌球撞擊聲、挪椅子聲、客人的喧嘩聲就沒停過。可酒店對此不聞不問，為了掙錢他們簡直不顧我們客人的感受！嘗試聯繫前台協調，對方衹説，已經協調，結果整晚都沒得到解決。一夜無眠的結果，是第二天整個人精神恍惚，原本的出行計劃全被打亂。作為新開的酒店，設施維護和隔音處理如此糟糕，管理上更是缺乏基本的服務意識。建議酒店方：第一，徹底排查衞生間下水道，該裝存水彎的裝存水彎，該清理的清理；第二，和桌球廳協商營業時間，或加裝隔音設施。否則這樣的入住體驗，衹會讓更多客人用腳投票。

僅有的優點：離轉山入口非常近，走過去不用五分鐘。
遇到的問題：1、第一晚，樓上不斷傳來“咚咚”的聲音，完全不能入睡，直到快凌晨兩點才安靜下來。第二天，問老闆是什麼情況，老闆説是樓上的客人搞出來的動靜。哪個客人會幾個小時一直在折騰？後來，發現樓上有個桌球廳。這樣騙人嗎？ 2、第二天晚上，又是桌球廳的吵鬧聲，實在太影響休息了，於是給老闆打電話反映情況，老闆不以為然，説從來沒有客人反映過這個情況。我説你自己都承認樓上有人在打桌球了，這不是我胡説的吧？老闆竟然説“你睡不着應該不是聲音的問題，是你高反”。這叫什麼話？在強烈要求下，給我換了房間，吵聲小了一點，但依然有。換房搬東西的時候，有兩位服務員看見了我，問我在幹嘛，我説換房間，他們就很不高興，説了一句“你這時候換房間，我們還要打掃”。如果不是酒店的問題，誰大半夜願意這麼折騰啊？ 3、換了新房間之後，一進屋，濃烈的下水道氣味撲面而來，差點吐出來。
