房間還不錯，位置好，服務還行，因為第二天坐bus的時間早，不能在酒店早餐時間用餐，應要求也給打包了早餐，比較滿意

位置挺好的，就在市中心，報名漂浮島就在周圍的旅行社，酒店前台也可以。房間有電熱取暖器，毯子很厚。攜程不能在線付，酒店刷卡付要加收費，最好付現。

Отличный отель.

Room – Very cold, with heating available only four hours per day. Poor cleaning standards and an unpleasant odor. Staff – Unhelpful and unfriendly. They provide misleading information, for example promising heating throughout the night but turning it off in the evening. Communication is poor and interactions often feel rude. Breakfast – 1/5. Low quality and not enjoyable. Lobby – Cold and unwelcoming. Location – Unfavorable, with the surrounding street in poor condition and an unpleasant smell.

Etablissement un peu vieillot mais très bien situé ( proche de la place centrale). Il fait froid dans les espaces communs et dans les chambres le chauffage ne marche que jusqu a 2h du mat. Heureusement l eau de la douche est chaude…et le tarif très correct

Pasamos una noche en este hotel. El check in fue muy bueno gracias a la atención del personal de recepción. Tanto la habitación como el baño eran grandes. Sin embargo, la habitación se notó algo fría durante la noche y el agua caliente en la bañera tardó mucho en salir, con el consiguiente desperdicio de agua. La peor parte vino en el desayuno, pues al echarnos café, una pieza de plástico del termo se rompió. De buena fe, se lo comunicamos al personal de comedor. Dicha persona (parecía atemorizada) nos dijo que tenía que comunicárselo a su jefa. Nuestra sorpresa vino cuando al cabo de 2 minutos volvió el empleado del comedor diciendo que teníamos que pagar 100 SOLES (!!!) para comprar un termo nuevo. Por una pieza rota POR UN USO ABSOLUTAMENTE NORMAL, nos querían hacer pagar un termo nuevo. Todavía no salgo de mi asombro. Si se hospedan en este hotel y por casualidad se les rompe algo sin querer, NO LO COMUNIQUEN O LES HARÁN PAGAR UNO NUEVO! Una pena haber tenido una experiencia tan sorprendente como negativa en la ciudad de Puno.

Buenas instalaciones y muy amables

Stayed on a g adventures trip to Lake Titicaca and it’s not too bad. Nothing amazing but acceptable. The rooms were quite warm and the windows opened but could be accessed from the outside. The hotel is basic, as was the breakfast but provided clean rooms and clean bathrooms.

Stayed here as part of our g adventures tour for 2 nights Breakie was nice. Staff so helpful!!! Water available to purchase at reception. WiFi strong! Quiet street, close by to main square. Room spacious and comfortable. Nice shower, good pressure

Stayed here for a night as part of our G adventures tour. Plain, small hotel on a small busy street. We stayed in room 209. Quite an old hotel which needs some upgrading.The hotel had wifi, warm showers and was within walking distance of the restaurants and square. We were in room 209 which was quite quiet.
