個人覺得還可以吧 就是和Palace混在了一起 入住check in的時候有點混淆 酒店外面有股味道很難聞 不知道為啥

The hotel was nice but dated. The aircon was freezing, regardless of what temperature it was set to. The buffet breakfast was a bit average. Left my bags/ jacket with concierge pre check in, and my jacket was very dirty upon return- looking as though it had been left on the floor. Staff were friendly.

My wife and I were travelling with our 18-month old twins. The hotel were extremely helpful, and couldn't do enough for us and our children. Highly recommended!

J’aurais dû être plus attentive aux commentaires. Hotel vieillot, vétuste et peu confortable ( pas de café ni thé dans la chambre, pas d’accès Netflix) personnel peu sympathique. Petit déjeuner médiocre Tarif exorbitant pour la qualité. Passez votre chemin

The (#704) room was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, it connected with the neighboring room and had precisely zero soundproofing. The staff appeared to be aware it might be a problem, were apologetic, but did precisely nothing to remedy it.

Staff is very nice but hotel is very old and needs updating

Great hotel, great neighbourhood This is our second stay here and we love it! It was so great to not be in the centre of Athens, when temperatures were 40+ degrees and to have that lovely pool area. Also, a great stroll into Kifisia are for dinner. Only thing i would fault is our room overlooked the street, yet there is no fine curtain in the rooms for privacy. Other than that, would definitely stay there again.

Noisy at night Room 706, there was a constant noise of water running through a pipe the whole night. There was also a noise like constructions all night every 2-3 minutes. The above deteriorated my sleep.

Ok but not great The hotel is a bit dated, beds not very comfortable, no coffee in the room. Nice big pool. A plus in Residence wing is that the rooms are quite big. But avoid the ground floor, not nice, we changed to 1st floor which was ok.

Need more staff and fixing of things redoing sofas snd carpets Breakfast extremely slow and cold

The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.
