The location is quite good apart from that everything will ruin your vacation. The room doors are half broken, room are filthy dirty, balconies are never cleaned, bedsheets are filthy. In short the maintenance and cleanliness is very poor.

Dirty, tacky rooms, Generator's smoke will fill your room if power cutt occurs. Mosquito is everywhere, No mosquito repellant provided. Too old & Broken bed, Tap is not stopping once open. Matress feels like sand bag. No bed sheet & pillowcovers, not provided till 3 days. Blanket is like a "jute bag", [no blanket provided at 1st, after calling 9 times get it] No room cleaning during 3days staying, not even a single time. room service is like a hell, no response after calling 6 to 8 times for same reason. There is a LED TV in the room but no recharge on that & not done during 3days. No towel & toiletries, no bottle Jug inside the rom & not povided till 3 days. 2 glasses but too dirty & stinking. Not changed after complaining & requesting. * Only thing good about this hotel is its location thats it. No maintanace, No repair From outside maybe it looks good but from inside it worst. PLEASE DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. THERE ARE MANY OTHER BETTER OPTIONS ARE THERE.

Most horrible experience in my life. 10 min checking checkout experience with non refundable about. I share some photos, I think that enough to describe. I booked this hotel over mail conversation with their Kolkata office and lot of thing they have promised all of this are fake commitment. I request everyone please don't visit 🙏.

I have booked 3 rooms where the bed was very dirty, AC rooms are smelling, staffs are absolutely unprofessional, lift doesn’t work properly. There was no sufficient light and moreover cockroaches in the room. I demand the entire amount to be back. Ver bery bad experience

Very very bad. Most worst hotel. All rooms and bathroom condition are very poor. Behaviour of staff was very bad. There have no any room service. If you lodge any problem of room they won't listen anything, and do not try to solve it. If you lodge complaint repeatedly they got angry. They are always ready to forfeit the booking money.

Most fraud hotel in Puri. I made full payment by online. But they didn't give any receipt and didn't book my room. They had to do the registration but they told me to do that by their direction. They directed me such a way so that twenty thousand rupees could be transferred into their bank account. I haven't also got any refund from them. Total forfeit.
