Loads of problems:
-Some room are too warm even with a fan on 24/24h
-No shared bathroom into the whole building, only the one in your room.
-Free Tour are basically a way to bring you to a bar where you suppose to wait for 20 minutes and you’ll finish staying more than an hour, they would probably get a commission for that.
-Heard stories about people working there getting into your room during night without a proper reason.
-No Kitchen, No Hot Water
