Cloud Nine Lanka Resort Wilpattu

Abbiamo dormito due notti in questo lodge meraviglioso in mezzo alla natura. È stato tutto bellissimo: l'accoglienza, la pulizia, la dimensione della stanza (che poi non è una stanza bensì un bungalow), la qualità dei pasti, la piscina e pure il fatto che ci sono dei micini e una cagnolina che girano lì e che vengono trattati benissimo dal personale (cosa non così scontata). Abbiamo avuto un problema per l'aria condizionata (che c'è e funziona benissimo ma, purtroppo, nella nostra stanza era collocata direttamente in fronte al letto) e abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore che ci é stato fornito alla velocità della luce. Quindi top! Segnalo che ci si trova nel mezzo della natura quindi in stanza potrebbero esserci degli insettini o dei gechi. Se non ci si riesce ad adattare a questo aspetto potrebbe essere un problema. Per noi non lo è stato affatto e ci tornerei anche subito. Infine complimenti a chi lo gestisce perché hanno scelto di non mettere a disposizione degli ospiti le bottigliette di plastica di acqua bensì quelle in vetro con il refill da parte del personale. Ottima scelta per l'ambiente! Apprezzo tantissimo.

Leuke opzet van het hotel je hebt een chalet in de jungle. Ontbijt twee keuzes Westers of Sri Lanka mijn tip neem Sri Lanka. Diner is een keuze menu en voor iedereen keus dus prima. De mensen zijn behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Let wel op je zit in de jungle dus wilde dieren ( vooral insecten en apen ) om zwembad en chalet. Verbeterpunt de bedden bij het zwembad. Overal leuke ervaring en locatie.

Eigentlich ein schoenes Lodge. Zimmer genuegend. Essen inklusive Fruehstuck unbrauchbar und schlecht. Bei uns wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und natuerlich auch keine frische Badetuecher. Auf unsere Reklamation haben wir ein Schulterzucken aber wenigstens 2 neue Badtuecher erhalten. Absolut nich zu empfehlen!!!

I was staying here for about five days and had a really great time! The staff is super friendly, especially the General Manager. They had an open ear anytime I needed something. Food and service were pretty delightful as well. The small bungalows were very clean, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location was quiet and I always had a good sleep. I enjoyed the clean pool facility and the overall design of the place very much. Came to Wilpattu for a safari and to do some nice activities. Luckily, the hotel didnt disappoint. Theres plenty of things you can do directly from the hotel, including boat rides, catamaran, kayaking and my personal favorite - a Loris Tour during Nighttime ! Such beautiful and cute creatures. Can only highly recommend doing it!! I had a great time and would recommend this place for anyone looking for tranquility and adventure. Thank you for the nice stay!

What a lovely place! The location is fantastic for getting to Wilpattu; there are two entrances into the park and the south entrance is a bit easier to get in. The hotel itself was lovely (lovely pool, the crow's nest is fun, food was great) and management stood out as responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed at Cloud Nine Wilpattu by Aaradhya as a couple during the last stop of our honeymoon, and it was the perfect way to end our journey before flying home. Nestled in the heart of nature and surrounded by the stunning beauty of Sri Lanka, this boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere is peaceful and unique—just what you would hope for in a boutique experience. The location is ideal for visiting Wilpattu National Park, and we used the opportunity to go on two unforgettable safaris. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, especially considering the remote location. What really stood out to us was the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability and supporting the local community. Not only is the food locally sourced and delicious, but the hotel also employs local staff, offering opportunities to individuals who might not otherwise have access to jobs in the hospitality sector. While English is spoken by the staff, for more detailed inquiries, the hotel manager is always available. He runs the hotel with great dedication, warmth, and professionalism, making guests feel truly welcome and well cared for. One highlight was the hotel's viewing platform, where we could take in the breathtaking natural surroundings. All in all, this was a truly special experience—peaceful, authentic, and memorable. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those looking for something beyond the ordinary.
