This is not my first time visiting Steigenberger Hotel, and each visit has been even better than the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Special thanks to the restaurant staff for their excellent service and professionalism. As for the animation team — Mario, Nour, Spicy, and Jaguar — they were truly the highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond to make guests happy, and we really appreciated their energy and effort. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again soon.

Супер Steigenberger Alcazar Отдыхали в этом отеле за 2024-2025 год 3-й раз, прекрасный отель, хороший сервис, отличное питание. Каждую нашу поездку нам помогала прекрасная девушка менеджер отеля по имени Вита. Любой вопрос решался молниеносно (к примеру лед в номер или любая другая потребность) Вита была на связи с нами 24-часа в сутки очень ей благодарны за человеческое отношение и профессиональный подход. Отелю нужно гордиться и ценить такого менеджера как Вита. Вита организовала для нас разные мероприятия начиная от похода в рестораны до приглашения на VIP вечеринки для постоянных гостей. Последняя наша поездка в этот отель была в июне месяце 2025 года большая заслуга менеджера Виты, у нее суперское отношение к гостям, если честно думали не ехать в этот отель так как там очень длинный понтон но Витя нас переубедила . Пробыли практически две недели и еще раз благодарим за участие Виту и руководство отеля. Наверное приедем еще а так же будет рекомендовать этот отель нашим друзьям и знакомым.

It is wonderful and exciting to have your vacation in that place and to have that wonderful view and beautiful nature and excellent service and that was everywhere but especially in Almaza Bar there is a barman named Shady he has a very beautiful smile and he has a way of speaking with respect and the way of presenting wonderful cocktails and he makes them laugh and smile and he also has experience in making homemade liqueur he is one of the best people I have met here

Great food, good service Mohamed rashwan is a good employee, very hot country with very good air conditioning. Bar is very good with many drinks. Entertaining crew is very good and very fun with children. Beautiful landscape and good gardening.

Unforgettable Stay at Steigenberger Alcazar! Our experience at Steigenberger Alcazar was absolutely amazing. The level of service is truly five-star, with a highly professional and friendly team — from the attentive waiters to the top management. Every detail is handled with care, and the staff always go the extra mile to make you feel special. The food is incredibly delicious, with a wide variety and an individual approach to every guest. You can feel the quality in every bite! The animation team deserves a special mention, especially Spicy (Moaaz) — his energy, creativity, and charisma can convince even the shyest person to join in the fun. He’s a truly open and kind-hearted person who makes everyone feel welcome and included. Also, a huge thank you to Alina from guest relations — she was amazingly helpful and kind, always ready to solve any issue and explain everything we needed to know. This hotel is the perfect mix of luxury, warmth, and fun. Highly recommend — and definitely coming back!

We have had the most amazing stay in Steigenberger. Amongst other staff, Fares was fantastic. So kind and funny. Always on hand when we wanted a drink. All the staff were very good and we have had our best holiday ever. We will most definitely be back next year!

This is our second visit to Steigenberger Alcazar, and while it remains a beautiful hotel, the experience has changed since last year. This time, the service feels less natural—almost forced. Staff repeatedly check whether we’re happy, but it comes across as nervous rather than genuine, as though they’re fearful of any hint of dissatisfaction. What was once thoughtful and effortless now feels overly scripted. For instance, we were pressed to have a welcome drink at midnight after a long day of travel—well-intentioned, but misplaced. The essence of great service is quiet attentiveness and subtle care, not rigid adherence to procedure. Sadly, that spontaneity and intuitive hospitality seem to have given way to a more dogmatic approach. Poolside service, in particular, has declined noticeably when it comes to drinks and snacks. That said, the lifeguards and pool attendants continue to be fantastic—friendly, diligent, and a real credit to the hotel. One standout improvement is the food. The buffet restaurant has taken a giant leap forward—so much so that we ended up cancelling several à la carte reservations. The variety, quality, and presentation were truly exceptional. That said, avoid Sunday evening buffet. The regular staff seem to be on rest day and it's a botch job with whomever is available, giving rise to some nausea the next day. All in all, we still had a great holiday. But unlike last year, it's not an instant "yes" for next time. We'll let the experience settle before deciding whether to return, but we'll probably try somewhere else in truth.

The hotel is perfect in every way except leaving day when you have to leave room early unless you pay £80 this is a big downfall of the hotel reception calling rooms saying you have 15min left etc especially as hotel is only 40 percent full . The pools staff restraints are perfect just the one complaint as above I would return and this is my 2nd time but this checking out issue needs to be looked at to make a perfect holiday 100 percent
