Qingdao Central Business District Ningxia Road Atour Hotel

I have never stayed at Atour, but I came to experience it because it is a newly opened hotel. I would like to thank the hotel staff for upgrading my room and introducing the hotel's services during the check-in process, which made me feel very friendly. I went to the beach and my clothes were a little wet, so I came to the front desk to ask for a cup of honey water. I would like to thank the front desk staff, Miss Songsong, for sending hot water to the room and asking if I needed laundry service. I was really touched. The hotel staff also provided very attentive service. I thought I needed to go down and get it myself, but the next day I found it was hanging at the door. In addition, the room is very comfortable and the bedding is very comfortable. I recommend it to friends who are on business trips to Qingdao.

亞朵的房間無論是環境還是衞生設施都很好，最好的還是他們的服務，每次進門時的輕聲問候，真的有賓至如歸的感覺。這次住宿遇到一點問題，買的東西快遞沒過去取件，第二天發現後打電話給快遞，快遞員説那個區域不歸他們管，直接就掛機了。而我前一天已經退房，沒辦法衹好打給前台試試。前台小哥聽我説了原因後，立即幫我發了京東快遞，讓我買的生鮮食品及時到家，非常感謝他們。

酒店服務超級棒！一進門就給我們倒茶水，看到我們帶着孩子主動提供小童牙刷和拖鞋，還有小零食。住了一晚上，很安靜，洗澡的水温很舒服，淋浴間打掃的很乾凈。洗澡用品也都是用的很安心。我們帶着孩子想要電梯近一些的房間，都主動給我們提供。來的時候人非常多，前台工作人員都很忙碌，但是依然很熱情的對待我們。早上吃早餐那個小花捲和小包子都是手工做的，很好吃，看我愛吃，還給我帶了幾個，我就是覺得無意間很貼心。都是很小的事，但是我住着很舒心，很愉快，一次完美的體驗，下次有機會來青島，還住這裏。
