帶兒子來玩的，住的1703房，房間很大。
設施：淋浴蓮蓬頭舊了水垢較厚，水流偏小，但不影響我長髮洗頭。床鋪沙發較硬，我和兒子睡慣了軟鋪，第二天起來略感腰疼。其他都很好，有冰箱、洗衣機、廚房用品，甚至家裡有的一些工具、小用品都有。
衞生：非常乾淨。
環境：民宿一樓門口有保安室，電梯刷卡按樓層的，房門可以反鎖，比較安全。一樓有豐巢櫃、可以叫外賣，有外賣存放處，有自動售貨機。離地鐵不算太遠，附近是中山路地鐵站和青島站地鐵站，但也需要走個十來分鐘。離大鮑島、劈柴院、大教堂什麼的景點也都很近。很方便。
服務：房東服務超熱情，房間裏不但準備了自製的景點攻略，甚至還有一本《青島深度遊》的書。
下次如果還來青島玩，還會住他家的。

這次出去玩非常開心，距離棧橋、教堂各大景點非常近，老闆人非常好，房間乾淨衞生，服務特別到位。
老闆還是親自接待的，退房時還給行李考慮到！

房間很大 超乎意料了 老闆很貼心 放了沙桶 不用下去再買就可以去沙灘玩沙子 還有望遠鏡萬萬沒想到 可以看到海邊港口 廚房有但是我用不到 房間佈置很温馨 推薦4顆半星
