Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request).
It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs.
Great location next to Wanda shopping center.
The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close.
The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit).
The tub is big too.
Highly recommend to stay!

Hotel was fine, biggest problem was the heating. Much too hot and no aircon to keep temperatures reasonable.I woke up to 30 degrees inside the room.
They came to open the windows and gave me many bottles of water.

Excellent position close to Wanda shopping mall. Very nice swimming pool and fitness center. Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities.

清明小假期從哈爾濱過來玩的，酒店環境，服務都很好，停車場的大爺態度非常的不好，晚上到了沒有停車位，問了大爺哪還可以停，大爺説話跟欠錢了一樣，不知道，自己找，我説我知道還問你幹啥？住這沒地方停車？然後那個那個大爺就走了，這也算星級酒店吧，就這態度真是拉低酒店的服務

酒店體驗感很好，入住時感覺酒店的裝修很不錯，大堂明亮乾淨，酒店的前台服務也很好，前台小T辦理入住很快，態度也很好，幫忙升級了房間，找了個位置好的地方，景色也很好，酒店的客房温度很好，房間有空調，熱了可以開，也可以開窗通風，高層還是比較涼快的，酒店的整體性價比比較高，價格也還可以，在齊齊哈爾算是很好的酒店了。

齊齊哈爾的萬達酒店算是齊齊哈爾最好的酒店了，安排朋友入住，特別有面子。酒店的大堂裝修的全是丹頂鶴元素，奢華大氣，金碧輝煌的。服務質量上乘。特別是前台的小劉經理，辦理入住的時候，朋友問了一下背景牆，特別專業的和我們介紹起來。還仔細認真的介紹了酒店的其他營業場所，像，早餐廳，健身房，中餐包房呀。娓娓道來。酒店的房間也是乾淨整潔，設備齊全，完全不用再帶其他東西，拎包入住。總之，是一次非常滿意的酒店體驗！！！
