Fantastic. Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.

帶孩子來玩的，入住工作人員送了孩子小禮物，訂的家庭房，乾淨温馨，卡通主題的佈置，裏面有小帳篷和滑梯，衞生間是乾濕分離的，浴室還準備了小童洗漱包。早餐品類豐富。
二樓有個淘氣堡，孩子在裏面玩一天都不願意走。
28樓有個健身房，超大落地窗，視野非常好！
酒店在市中心去哪兒都方便，帶孩子去了龍沙公園，動植物園，吃到了烤肉。住了兩天非常滿意！

M之前來過幾次齊齊哈爾，沒發現這寶藏酒店。真是太滿意了。住宿，早餐非常滿意，還很貼心的送了水果和飲料。樓上還有健身設施，就是時間太短，衹能住一宿。孩子住的特別開心。值得一提的是早餐，餐廳很大，種類特別多。M
設施：整體設施齊全，該有的都有。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔。
環境：按訂房要求遠離了電梯，很安靜。
服務：唯一就是地下停車位比較少。但服務很貼心。

酒店位置很好，在老市中心，去哪都方便。房間衞生非常好！早餐很豐盛，完勝普通國際連鎖五星。前台的小李特別貼心，看到我們帶了兩個娃給升了房型、送了早餐。頂樓的健身房是以前旋轉餐廳改建，視野很好，器材都是一線大牌，很新，超讚！最後一天上午還在窗邊看到彩虹～
