رد من مكان الإقامة: My apologies you did not enjoy your stay. Hopefully you spoke with the reception team to syupply additional blankets and if needed an additional room heater. The central location of the hotel does mean we are more exposed to the traffic volumes. Regards, Gavin, Hotel Manager
