The location is unique and affordable

Internet didn’t work in one room. Toilet plugged up in the second room. Phone didn't work in the third room. And all the rooms had loose plug ins. I had pre-paid for a week and they wouldn’t refund my money for unused days if I moved out early.

Poor customer service

I have a prepaid reservation at Trip com. This is my very first time to book in this hotel and the price is so competitive within the Cubao area. I arrived at 1pm and requested if I can checkin earlier than 2pm because I have a seminar to attend at Araneta Center but the male staff refused to accommodate my request and rather asked me if I am willing to pay an early checkin charges. I asked if I can leave my backpack instead and check in later after the seminar but again he refused to allow me to do so. According to him, they don't have that type of service to allow the guests to leave their luggage at the front desk for the meantime if the guest arrived earlier than the check in time. Wow, what kind of hotel is this that doesn't have luggage storage. It was off to me at first. Good enough the male manager on duty offered me a room immediately and I was able to leave my luggage quickly inside the room catching my schedule for the seminar. Thanks for delighting your hotel guests as such through quick and excellent decision making for outstanding customer service. The room is amazingly clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels are crisp and freshly laundered. It is well lighted including the bathroom. There's available toiletries and pairs of slippers. Only the tv set wasn't working at that time but overall, there's nothing more I can complain for my accommodation. I have a very good night sleep. I feel safe during my stay and the location is very close to MRT Araneta Cubao station where good malls are only walking distance.

The stay was okay and the room was clean and the location is near farmers and gateway so it's very convenient

Our stay is horrible! There is air conditioning, but it did not work properly. I woke up in the middle of the night, sweating. I asked for a room transfer, but it took 15 minutes or so. One more thing, in the first room, when I switched off the lights, the sockets were off too.

Very Clean actually, I was surprised. I really recommend this Hotel.

The room we had is hot and the aircon is not functioning well.

Very accommodating they all nice the place is clean and smell good.
