The experience was good

Good stay with a few minor issues The hotel has a great location—very close to public transport and shopping malls, which made everything super convenient. The suite was spacious and comfortable, definitely a plus. However, the air conditioning took some time to cool the room, and since our room faced a busy road, traffic noise (especially honking) was noticeable. Still, a good choice if you're looking for space and easy access to the city.

Good location. A bit noisy in the hallways, staff are chit chatting during night time.

The service is good and it is clean. The location is easy to navigate and its just along the MRT station

Delayed check-in due to unavailability of rooms despite prior reservation. It took almost one hour before the room was ready at 6 pm. Second is unattended reception phone since no one was answering when I called the receptionist.

- overall Needs improvement on facilities and service. - Was initially given Euro Suite 1 even if i booked for Euro Suite 2. Front desk insisted that room given has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed anyway. i had to argue that I paid for Suite 2. Only then i was advsied for room transfer. - Incomplete amenities such as toiletries and slippers, tv remote. Had to call twice for the requests. - Some room fixtures not good - curtain rod, loose light switches and light fixtures almost broken, key card not working as master key card for power to name a few, shower head - bathtub and shower is not safe to use. Too high, no provided rugs, very prone to slips and accidents. - linens and towels dont look and smell clean - few options for breakfast. Replenishment of food takes time. Need improvement on exhaust of buffet/kitchen area, smoke sticks on clothes

Me and my husband loved staying this hotel, no waiting for check in they upgrade our room to a very nice one for free, very near to the malls and restaurants.. verygood experience.. 2 thumbs up

good location, my go to hotel if i need to stay in cubao area..clean hotel and the breakfast was always decent!

Very accessible, near convenient stores, MRT. Strong wifi connection. Budget friendly. Perfect for travellers. Availed the breakfast buffet, wish there were more choices. Overall, good for its price.
