I booked Ibis Reading for 4 nights stay from May 1 - May 5th. But based on my quick experience I adjusted my stay to only 1 night.
1. The reception staff was very RUDE and non-challant. Physically "sneering" when I politely quested for a quiet room free of noise and external lights bases on migraines.
2. There was only 1 lift working and I was in Room 1307 on the 13th floor so had to wait a long time to be get a lift upstairs.
3. The WiFi was not working in the rooms, and when I went downstairs to complain, I was met with a "dismissive attitude" by another receptionist staff.
4. The breakfast service was however good.
Never booking an Ibis Hotel again....1st time experience was horrible.
I actually feel I should get a refund because I felt so bad.
