I booked at two queen bed and when I went to check in took over 10mins the manager kept stating over 5 plus times “check outs at 11am” Finally got my room it’s was king bed. Had to go back to the office to switch rooms manager gave me an attitude said “ I’ve been here so long. I’m over booked but I guess since thats what you booked I can change your room. “ Got to my new room smelled like cigarettes. The toilet paper was used looked like the towels where used as well. Over all customer service could use work but not bad for the area and the price paid.

This is an older motel. Do not expect quality people or stellar service. Checking in was abysmal, at best. Do not be in a hurry to check in. This is not Red Lion hospitality at all. There was no professionalism or courtesy. Training folks and hiring more housekeeping would be much better. No one knows what housekeeping is doing or where they are in the process. If it wasn’t so sad, it would be as comical as a British TV show. The owner or manager was useless. Came out, saw a full lobby and ran scared back to his office!! No joke. The room needs paint and care. There is little attention to detail and that is being generous!! Will not be returning to this establishment. I just need to get through the weekend for work. Wow!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. i would rather sleep on a bed of knives then stay in these bed bug infested rooms. There is hair EVERYWHERE. My teenage girls were terrified and even got followed to their rooms. DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE!! burn holes, hair, bugs, people living here, dirty sheets, stinky, and completely unsafe.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was a bit rude at check inn. The room appears clean but there was a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom floor, which I mopped up with the bath mat. The room was quiet the bed comfortable, tv works fine, There was no WiFi . The next morning I went to take a shower but no water came out of the faucet. We decided to switch hotels at that point.

Clearly in decline. Front desk was friendly and helpful, but room maintenance is sorely lacking. Broken desk chair. Leaky door. AC buttons all missing. Curtains missing and barely hung. No tissue. No hair dryer. Ice machine gone (but front desk will give you ice). Pool was clean but padlocked closed (in summer!) No desk lamp. Freeway side can be noisy. Thin single-pane windows. Apparently no breakfast. Wifi too weak to be usable (in the back side rooms).

How did this place rate three stars? Shame on me - I've stayed there twice and it seems to be in a decline. There's plenty of parking because smart travelers know better than to stay here. The staff is friendly but they don't really put all that much effort into listening. I asked for a room anywhere but in the back of the hotel where the parking lot is wide open to car break-ins and catalytic converter thefts. They said that they would and guess where my room was! Right in the back. The room was clean but it is a long walk to the restaurant and bar which, of course was closed when we visited. I could tell if was "closed today" because of the semi-permanent sign posted on the door. The patio of the room we stayed in hadn't been cleaned off since some time during the Obama administration and the disposable drink cups on the ground on the patio were dutifully still there when we checked out. The Keurig coffee maker seemed like a nice touch, but there were three decaf k-cups there and one caffeinated k-cup waiting for service. However I noticed that the coffee maker was several feet away from a plug, so I moved it over and put the water and coffee pod in the machine, turned it on and waited for it to heat up. Its's probably still turned on, as it never heated up. So, guessing from the place in the room where it sat, they know that it doesn't work but don't care enough to remove it or replace it. Who does that except a hotel on a steep decline? I've learned my lesson - The Red Lion is dead to me.

Mohkam Batth's hotels are not clean or up-to-date. The establishment is run by monkeys and unexperienced managers, including Sarah, who is the one running the show. All of the reviews are based on the idea of cleanliness and safety, which will never happen. Mohkam and his family are too preoccupied with abusing their employees to care. It's really sad how they run their own hotels like a circus. Aren't they aware that the way the hotel is operated is an integral part of their image? ANYWAYS I had a one-night stay here and I found the check-in experience to be terrible, there was no customer service, and the room smelled bad and the sheets were never changed. There was dirt on the bottom of the toilet and one of the lights was not functioning. Is it possible for me to request a refund? They won't give me one if I ask, so why bother? It's another dollar in their pocket with bad experience once more, Mike........

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I would have left, but I had been driving for 12 hours and was truly exhausted. The room stunk of cigarettes, the curtains were stained and torn, the sheets had blood stains on them, the towels were tattered and stained, the carpet was filthy, and the door lock did not latch properly. I ended up stacking my luggage against the door, and as I had my dog with me, who would bark when anyone walked by, I felt a tiny bit better. The ice machine was broken, the listing indicated that breakfast was included (it wasn't), and it appears that this property is used as temporary housing for the homeless. I cannot imagine how this dump still is flagged a Red Lion.

I've stayed at Red Lion's in the past and was always pleased. This dump is the exception! From the filthy walkways to the homeless and drug users they clientele to, this Inn should be ashamed of themselves. As if that wasn't enough, I accidently left a $500 pair of cowboy boots in the room and didn't notice until I had returned home for a couple weeks. When I called to have the boots returned, I was told they only hold Lost And Found for one week and then throw the items in the trash. NOT LIKELY! It is guaranteed that somebody here is either wearing my boots or sold them on Ebay or Craigslist. Nobody is going to throw a $500 pair of boots into the trash!
