"We stayed at surya kiran heritage hotel for two days. First off the location - the location is at a perfect place with all places of panjim accessible. It is near the main road but yet away from all the noise and din. Property - the property is a 110 old bunglow. It is aesthetically decorated with antique pieces placed all around the corners. The verandah at the centre of the bunglow was decorated beautifully with plants and a small water outlet with fishes. Just makes you happy. Rooms: the rooms are large with a large box bed just like olden days. The rooms are clean with all amenities. Well maintained. The standard room where we stayed had access to the outer balcony where we could sit and have breakfast. Bathrooms: the bathrooms are huge and clean. The fittings are all modern with ample water supply. Breakfast : the breakfast is a simple affair. There is no buffet, one has to order. The poha and the team served were delicious. The property is well maintained and absolutely clean. It was a wonderful stay."

"If you are looking for night stay inna quite place even in the city, this is good choice. The restaurant is serving tasty food. Breakfast is seems bit expensive for the items available. Lunch and dinner with 10%discount in room service. casinos and cruises are walkable around 750 m from hotel.
not much activities in the hotel, so just eat and sleep. so just for roaming inside goa and reach back hotel eat then sleep. old building and no lifts but the house keeping guys will help to take your luggage.
eateries and liquor shops nearby. parking is available inside the compound. "

"Room is clean. Gents staff were professional but one who is not completely trained to interact with customers. Only for sleeping i suggest to stay but not to relax. This hotel doesn't have restroom for guest once check out. I am experiencing for the first time with no restroom."

"The stay at grand delmon was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and supportive. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in the center and has the best location as the same is near from the market. If you are looking for a safe location, this is the best place to go. If you want to have a hotel with swimming pool, it does not have the same. Overall the stay was amazing. We had memorable time over there."
