Lindos Grand Resort & Spa - Adults Only

We recently stayed at The Lindos Grand and had a fabulous time. The hotel is clean, has great staff especially Vasilious, kalliopi, Angelica & Mari. It has a real luxury feel to it. Breakfast was nice, however i would say there was no variation from day to day, but plenty of different things to eat! Our room also got light very early which wasnt a problem for us as we are early riers but i can see for peoplle who like a lay in it could cause a issue. The Pool area was well kept and beautiful. We stayed in room 1206 which was great and had a beautiful sea view. The taxis were easy to get from reception into Lindos town and we also rented a car from the place opposite :)

You will not be disappointed with this hotal, the staff are amazing and are there to look after you. I have a few intolerances and the restaurant manager really looked after me. The room is spaces with plenty of cloths space and the bed we had was super king and very comfortable. They have a coffee machine the room with two free pods each, however, the shop on the complex sell what you need. It is very peaceful and the infinity pool is to die for, over looking the beach with is literally a few minutes walk. The bar staff are amazing and work very hard to ensure you get what you need. The porters are always on hand and are fantastic and also the reception team. Would I go back.. hell yes

We visited Lindos grand spa resort for our honeymoon we had a lovely relaxing time and spent most of our time on the beach which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Views were spectacular The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Although the bathroom door did not shut. Whilst the infinity pool is large and has wonderful views there is no shade if thus is what you need. Breakfast was amazing lovely fresh varied food and staff were very attentive. There was no where to walk to for entertainment or restaurants. We taxied into Lindos which was €14 there & €10 back . Which is very beautiful with a wide choice of restaurants and bars. We ate in the roof top restaurant and found the food to be very expensive and overpriced for what it was. We also ate in the buffet restaurant one night and really enjoyed the varied fresh food which had a great choice. The bar area is very poor and it is poorly run with not enough staff to provide adequate service for guests. When we were there their was only one member of staff dispute us talking to reception about this issue , other guests were complaining about how slow it was to get a drink , suggestions would be more staff to run a table service if you can not facilitate this stop the table service. The banana bar on the beach is lovely and you can get nice lunches from here salads , wraps , sandwiches , cocktails , soft drinks and a beer. There is a small supermarket across the road from the hotel where you can get drinks etc and souvenirs. Whilst the views are beautiful we would not return to this hotel as it had a not quite finished feel to it like something is missing.

We are currently still on holiday here and wow ! The staff have been great really friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. We booked a room with a pool and garden view but yesterday had a call telling us we would have to move rooms due to a problem with the balcony above us. We were asked to go to reception so they could show us a new room. As a way of apology and the inconvenience the offered us an upgraded room with a sea view and wow it did not disappoint ! The front desk manager could not of been more helpful and apologetic ! These things happen and can’t be helped but fair play they did a great job. The restaurant for breakfast is fantastic with a massive selection of food on offer. The staff again are very good coming round and fresh coffee and water. I can’t fault this hotel at all !! Thank you Lindos grand it’s amazing and just what we both needed !!

Everything from the time we checked in, the way we were greeted, the friendly staff, our room, the dining, the pool, our private pool was just amazing. Lindos Old Town was also a short drive away. I would absolutely recommend the Lindos Grand and hope to one day re-visit.

We arrived late, waited 20 minutes to be seen for check in. Were advised by reception we could order cold plates to the room. Ordered food and 45 minutes later received a call from reception advising they had ran out of all food within the hotel which was a poor start. Spoke with management the following day and they offered a complimentary massage for the inconvenience. We booked a deluxe ‘garden view’ with private pool, however this could not be described as garden view, we had a few small plants around the pool which backed onto a well used road where there was constant road noise, cars drifting and lorry’s driving past. The room itself was nice, but had mould in the shower and an ant infestation, which was unpleasant. The control panel was also broken throughout our stay. We had members of staff enter our room multiple times whilst we were in bed, in the room and pool without waiting after knocking and a member of staff appear from the bushes and disappear after seeing us. The private pool was not cleaned untill the day we left, in the overflow there were empty alcohol bottles and rubbish from other pool users. This also meant we couldn’t use the private pool on the day we departed. The pool also had mould around the waterline and could do with a deep clean. The staff were slow, unfriendly and seemed like everything was a bit too much effort. Every morning at breakfast we would received coffee after we had finish eating. They brought us incorrect drinks and blamed it on us ordering incorrectly, and eye rolled. For a five star hotel you would expect better. The food was a fair quality but selection limited. The shared pool had a great view, however lacked cleanness. Not enough sun beds, we left our belongings on our bed whilst we went to room to get sunglasses (no longer than 10 minutes) and on return our belongings had been taken to reception and beds been taken by someone who did not return to their bed for over an hour. Would not recommend to anyone, hotel would be more suited to a 3 star and had an extremely frustrating stay. You can get much more for your money at other hotels in the area
